Everything has been great since we have contacted them until we sent back the kit after birth. The phlebotomist has waited quite a few hours for the birth due to some complications with the baby but always happy and respectfull. Kit collection after that has been very easy and straightforward.Received all the documentation after that and cannot express how happy we are with the choise we made in chosing future health biobank.
