Bought a pubg key for europe and actually was for america. In the title was EUROPE with capital letters but i guess they don't verify their clients because they are too busy... I tries to get a refund and guess what... They ignored me completely and I ve send 3 emails to them. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. U suck g2a, get banned forever

Good service

I have purchased around 15 keys from G2A. All of them worked fine and delivered in time. Just make sure you purchase the keys from a seller with a high % of positive feedback.

Just wish they would lower the transaction fees a bit. But good service nonetheless.

Don't purchase

It's totally the worst believe me. Yes it looks good in the beginning, but they keep your credit card and starts charging you for their scummy subscibtions. 3 euro per month and say that it´s for their G2A pay. I've deleted my account and credit card but somehow they still charge me every month. Scumbags.

My key wasn't a key, It was a link. I got scammed out of 30 dollars. I went through their claims process and was told I NEED A POLICE REPORT in order to receive my refund, even though you have to pay for transaction protection and refund guarantee upon check out! I have to go down to a police station, waste my time, waste an officers time all for them to do their job! They're crooks down at G2A and are not to be trusted!

Total click bait on the deals. They have these great deals when you search for something, then not only do the prices increase when you click them. Once you find a reasonable deal worth buying from a 3rd party rather than just through Microsoft, my account has been blocked for suspicious activity. No recourse, no reach out to try to resolve, just thanks for wasting your time, have a nice day. Save your time, find another 3rd party seller. Or just skip the nonsense and buy from the source like I am now.

Received a faulty code from seller.
The website is confusing and seems to be set up to stop you contacting them to complain.
Customer service was poor. Just passing the buck to the seller who wouldn't contact me back. G2a refusing to do anything and intervene on my behalf.
I have to rely on my bank to get my money back now.
Automatically signed up to some subscription I didn't want either.
Do yourself a favour and read the reviews and pay a bit extra to go to a proper company.

Gift for my brother led to unwanted subscription

I bought a game for my brother as a gift. A few months later I've noticed that I am being charged on regularly basis. Because I pay with my card a lot, I didn't noticed that for a while. I've been constantly charged for about 3€ every month for some premium subscription I didn't even signed up to.
All of their emails fellt into my brother's email spam box. The support response was quick but they refused to refund me. Please, make sure you don't support this company with buying in their store. Their business practices are not moral.

Would not recommend using this site

Would not recommend using this site, they charged me for not using their service for a while which is ridiculous and then after I try and withdraw money from my account they want me to first pay them a fifth of the total money I tried to withdraw.

If you do not log in to G2A PAY for 6 months and still have money on your account balance, then a small €1 commission is deducted from that balance once a month. All you need to do to keep your account active is log in once every 6 months. You will get an e-mail 3 days before the 6 months are up to remind you to log in, so keep an eye out for it. Also, please remember that if you have funds in your account and don’t want to spend them on any products or sales, you can always withdraw them.

Scammy business practices

After I bought a game, they charged my card for a monthly service that I never subscribed for. It was also very hard to cancel this "shield" service. They also wanted to charge me for being inactive. Wouldn't trust a cent with them again. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Pathetic Money Back "Guarantee" program...

Just a warning to everyone, their money back guarantee consists of you having to go to your local police office to file a fraud claim with an unknown seller online that may or may not have their info available.
Luckily, I only lost 2$ due to the key being invalid, even though it says my region can activate it.

This site used to offer a shield plan for every purchase to help with invalid/used keys, now you're pretty much screwed.

Stay away from this site everyone, use sites that offer a protection plan with each game/card you purchase.

Are you kidding me? Suspending every email I send due to security reasons? I hate you all! G2A gives change to fraud seller, Don't use this website.

I had trust to this website because of G2A shield program I could dispute and they refund my when the seller was fraud, but they changed they rules and now if you purchase 20$ PSN gift card they forced you to go police office and sue the seller just with G2A ID! most ridiculous rules I saw!
A fraud seller sold me 4X 20$ PSN card and when I claimed for money back guarantee they asked me to go to police office with G2A invoice and sue the seller! guess what was from the seller in the invoice! Just a username! I have to waste my time , and go to Police office and give them G2A username and sue a person just with G2A username!
I don't have any trust to this website until they refund my money.
