Jamie and Ben installed a new roller shutter door for us to replace an existing up and over. They were polite, professional and efficient in their dealings, and arrived promptly at the agreed time, completing the job within the time allocated. They were very courteous throughout, and left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this local independent business.

Jamie made the process really easy from the booking to the billing.
Ben was polite, called me to say when he would arrive.
Ben fixed the electric door with ease, which was a surprise as I had previously been told it would need replacement entirely by another company.

I contacted Jamie yesterday evening to say that our garage door was broken and we were worried about security, overnight. He calmly explained how to close the broken door for the night and arranged for his colleague, Ben, to come out the following morning to fix it. Ben fixed the garage door, no problem, and also serviced it. It’s working perfectly now and runs as smoothly as it did when we first had it installed. We’re really delighted with the service from Jamie and his team. Excellent communication from the start, he turned up when he said he would and kept us informed of progress throughout the process. He liased with our electrician to make sure everything went smoothly, and the installation was done with minimal disruption. Garage Door Tech were extremely helpful from initial enquiry to which design would be most appropriate for my garage..no pressure with advice if I didn't use their service including the best material to choose for durability and reliability.

Great service. We had an issue with our garage door (an age issue, not installed by Garage Door Tech), we needed an urgent call out, Jamie went over an above to come to us and sort the problem out. Also, his communication is the best I have ever received from any tradesperson! Would absolutely recommend and would not use anyone else.
