Very happy with the service we received from James. We went to him as a second mortgage advisor and he picked up our case as soon as possible and got us accepted for our mortgage within 2 weeks! He could not of been more helpful! He also made it very easy for us to understand what is needed of us and the process! I could not recommend him enough.

Gateway Mortgages were recommended to us and we couldn't of asked for a better company!
James Hardy was approachable, reliable and listened to what we needed from the mortgage, he got us the best deal and had it secured quickly. His assistant Karen was equally fab she kept us up to speed and chased the solicitors where needed and they both answered my multiple queries with no trouble!
Highly recommend and will definitely be using them going forward when the time comes to renew etc.
Please note they started to assist us in Dec to purchase a property and we are just about to exchange contracts.

We were waiting months for our mortgage to be approved with another mortgage adviser that I was forced into going with by the agent and it wasn't being approved so ended up going to Vanessa, (who I wanted to go with in the first place until the bloody agent messed us about) and she got everything done within 3 days without any issue and now we have a mortgage.
