Great company to deal with.

I can only say this...l
Have been to many opticians in my area ,from large wizz kid operations to your average shop. I have been a client of this company for about 20 years . The care and professionalism l have always been shown makes me a happy bunny. On a recent visit the optician wasn't happy with something and l was given many more tests .All turns out OK but so happy to be shown this amout of care and interest. Especially the lady's on the front desk are always nice .thankyou.

Bad advice …

When with my friend who has immaculate degenerate disease , only to be told from the very abrupt optician, there is no more we can do for you , I am referring you to the blind society!!!!!! My friend was terrified, after her visit from the blind society, she was offered a second opinion with a well know night street optician , who was so kind and thorough , she is now waiting for a new prescription so she will be able to see so much better , terrible service Gathercole

We are very sorry your friend feels this way as we always strive to give the best possible advice, and we are sure this also applies to The Hunts Society for the Blind, not knowing who your friend is we cannot reach out directly. Macular Degeneration cannot usually be helped with spectacles, especially if it is at an advanced stage, we would be interested in seeing the spectacles that will improve your vision when you have received them.
