Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 2,384 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Many customers found the steps and lessons helpful, providing new insights and coping mechanisms in an engaging way. People appreciate the clear, concise information and the non-overwhelming approach, making it easy to implement into daily routines. Reviewers are particularly happy with the tools provided and the psychological insights, which help them understand their brains better and offer hope for managing tasks. However, some customers were dissatisfied because they expected a dedicated app but found it was only accessible via a website, leading to confusion about the product's nature. A few other people also felt that the content offered was similar to information freely available online and that the product did not live up to its advertising as a gamification app.

So far it’s been helpful bite sized steps and thoughts. I like that I’m learning about my brain too so I can better understand why some decisions are more challenging than others.

SCAM: not an app, waste of time, impossible to get a refund

I subscribed for 4 weeks and as soon as I entered, I realized that it's just a bunch of false adverisment. It is not an app, but it's a wevsite, there's no actual system behind it, just a pretty much a ppt presentation where you can occasionally click that you feel lack of motivation and it's scary to start because you're afraid you'll fail. You just click through a bunch of empty encouraging statements and there's a little cat that grows as you clickthrough slides.

Pretty much, it's another way to procrastinate and exploits another impulsive buy. I'm sure that they didn't consult anyone with ADHD when creating it, it's almost insultingly useless.

I have cancelled my subscription within the first 30 minutes because I have seen that it won't do anything for me. In spite of a 30-day money back guarantee, they agreed to refund 30% because I didn't use the app for at least 6 days with screenshots of my progress. I have opted to get the 30% back and not waste any more time (except for writing this review).

They are pretty much abusing the fact that people with ADHD will impulse buy and probably won't go through with complaints. Honestly very disrespectful and dehumanizing.

P.S. Just to clarify a few things about Chillio's reaponse below - I did reach out to the support before leaving a review and the gist of it was - do what you gotta do, we are not refunding you. I didn't achieve anything by asking your support team for support and at this point I don't care about the refund. I just want to make sure that others don't make the same mistake I did, as your business model seems to be to simply scam as many people who are likely to forget unsubscribing.

What is defined as an "interactive web-based app" is pretty much the same as the questionnaire you fill up before subscribing followed by empty phrases like "yay you can do it" labeled as "Action Tip" with some emojis (no interface whatsoever, but still has app in the name).

Ehat you call other materials, planners, habit trackers & co. Are a bunch of PDF files and Excel sheets.

I understand that you were lazy, but ypu coul've at least used AI to make a decent platform and making an app with AI today is not even that difficult. But this doesn't matter cause your goal is not to have a product that is useful for anyone, but to have as many people click on subscribe and forget.

That's all folks, please don't make the same mistake I did

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

We’re sorry to hear that the program did not meet your expectations and that you felt disappointed with both the content and the refund process.

To clarify, our product is delivered as a web-based platform (Progressive Web App) and is designed to combine guided lessons, practical exercises, planners, checklists, and supporting materials intended to help users build structure and habits over time.

We also recognize your concerns regarding the Money-Back Guarantee. Refund requests are reviewed according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase, but we understand that you may not agree with those requirements, particularly if you decided early on that the program was not the right fit for you.

We genuinely value feedback like yours and would appreciate the opportunity to review your case once more. If you would like us to take another look, please contact us at support@get-chillio.app using your account email, and our support team will be happy to assist further.

Seems promising!

I’m really like this so far. I have only done day 1, but I already feel less overwhelm when looking at my chores.

Fight or flight

I love the layout and how basic thus starts. Living in fight or flight for many years, trying to work on myself, hoping this helps

Just starting out and feeling good.

I finally feel like I might be able to find my way out of the situation I am in and keep it up. Re-programming my brain will take some time but I really want to work towards this. I feel with this program I have a good chance of this happening.
