Advertised One location

Advertised One location, but wanted to book for another location due to the location I picked the dates for being overbooked. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the false advertisement because I was able to select a location. Select the dates that I wanted. My money was with Drew and then told no that location is it available? We can send you here for more money.

Tried to book a 4 day 3 night stay but…

Tried to book a 4 day 3 night stay but because I asked for another phone rep as I couldn’t understand him and he said he couldn’t hear a word I was saying, hung up on me and blocked me from accessing the special deal rate! Guess I will look into Bluegreen as they are not this rude.

Had to wait over an hour with 2 kids…

Had to wait over an hour with 2 kids for a pack and play to be brought to our room at 2 in the morning. Presentation went way over 90 minutes and it was hard to leave despite having 2 children going on 3 hours of sleep and not behaving anymore after 3 hours

Do not book this deal

Do not book the Smokey Mountain Westgate Deal. It absolutely does not include the water park and you have to pay a fortune for the kids to use it once there. Sales people were nice up until they were not. It’s not worth booking this deal!

My experience with this place was extremely disappointing and blatantly racist.
I called to reserve a spot with a discount, and they told me straight up that because I’m not American-born, I don’t qualify for the discount.
I explained that I have a Green Card and have been living in the U.S. for three years, but they said it doesn’t matter — only the country where I was born counts!

This is pure discrimination and racism, and it’s absolutely unacceptable in a country that claims to value equality and respect.
I was shocked and disgusted by their attitude. I strongly warn others — stay away from this place. Their behavior is shameful and discriminatory.

Refused Service Because I’m Iranian – Shameful and Unprofessional! ←

I was extremely disappointed by the discrimination I experienced.
I tried to book their promotion for 2 nights and 3 days for $59, but as soon as I mentioned that I am from Iran, they said this offer does not apply to Iranians or certain nationalities.

That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
No customer should ever be treated differently based on their nationality.
I will never recommend this place to anyone who values fairness and respect.
