The 90 minute tour which was for 8am shuttle was full waited for next which got group to the sight at 8:20am We did not complete this sale s pitch until 11:45 am. A real waste of time and energy very depleting. If trying to make a sale please know the one I was staying in should have been up to the same quality as the one he as tour not the case

They get all your PERSONAL INFORMATION telling you that you need to have certain credit score to get that promotion. It sounds like a scam but then again IT IS A SCAM!
Don’t give out your information, especially your credit card info 👍🏼

All of the terms and conditions of the promotional offer are listed on the website offer page for all of our vacation deals, including the need to meet the credit score requirement when required. Because the advertised prices are typically up to 80% off of the retail rates, our resort partners will only allow bookings from people that meet all of the qualifications. We understand the disappointment, but rest assured our discount vacation offers are definitely not a scam.

Scam through and through! Lied about available dates and took my money anyway. Then told me I should have read the fine print that says the dates are not real on the website.

After i done paid for the trip
After i done paid for the trip , got everything ready to go , hype my kids up for the trip , i receive an email the morning before i left for vacation stating that the trip is being canceled due to me traveling with westgate in 2024 .. if that was the case why didnt anyone say that on the phone while i was purchasing .. I wasted so much money for nothing!!!!!

However, as per the Terms and Conditions put forth by our Resort Partner, there are certain promotions that you will not qualify for if you have previously taken advantage of one. If you mentioned on the phone that you had not previously booked one of these promotions with the Resort but later it is verified that you indeed had, then you would not be qualified after all. The money that is taken at the time of booking is only to hold your dates and you are not charged until check in. So in this case, your money was not charged/returned since you did not check in.
