Great customer service

When I purchased the original unit, it was quite misleading when it offered unlimited access to the workout videos offered in the app, but as I found out with my recent email to support, you get "unlimited access" to the videos with the limit that you also purchase the $60 annual subscription.
I reached out to support, and Amna was kind enough to provide a 1-time annual subscription for the misunderstanding and some previous issues I had viewing the videos.

Friendly service and support

Amna, was great in helping get replacement bands. I had a couple bands break on me and I sent pictures of the bands and no issue getting them replaced. Great support and service.

Efficient replacement of a damaged band.

Amna processed my claim quickly and I received a replacement band without much delay. One of my bands had snapped during a workout, so I needed a new one to replace it.

Free App Experience Issue

It feels great to say, that the service I have received was quick and extremely helpful. This person named Amna was pleasant to work with and was able to get straight to the bottom of my issue, I had bought the package that came with the app and the equipment and the app wasn't working. It said I had 48hrs and I was upset because it was not working with the information I was given to use. I reached out and in less than 24hrs I was given a response that they had fixed my app; and it worked! The app is functional and it was really easy to reach out and fix. I don't even have my equipment at my house yet, this is probably the fastest service I have received in a long time.

Have had this for 2 months

Have had this for 2 months. The results are impressive. Am 62 & this system has allowed me to really get into top shape. The big negative is 2 bands have snapped already. One injured my finger. Now I am not convinced that this is a great investment. Certainly feels like the company did not do any honest research prior to production. If the company responds to what appears to be a common flaw in this product and replace the bands with more durable ones I would recommend this strongly. As of now I have seen no such effort by Redge Fit. I would not recommend this product.

No one is perfect. How you respond when you're not matters.

Sometimes in business we think everything gets handled. One of my items showed shipped but hadn't. I sent an email to the fact, and it was taken care of very quickly. I was offered and paid a discount without asking. Very Pleased.
