My experience was not pleasant with this Car rental company. #GetRentACar a US based #carrentalcompany is a scamster having fraud partners into #carrental services across the globe like @everest_rentcar in Dubai. I have been waiting 2 months and I don't get my deposit back. Every time there is a reason but the reasons are not my problem. I booked a car for 8 & 9 Apr22 (Mustang GT, R 51553, yellow color) under the booking ID-196240 by #GetRentacar & took 15% of the total booking amount post which they connected me to their Dubai partner- @everest_rentcar. After waiting for 60+ days and sending them unlimited reminders, emails and WhatsApp messages, I have received no concrete response or refund money from either of them. Now I am left with nothing other than legally suing both the #fraudcompanies – @everest_rentcar & #GetRentACar. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Cheap satisfying car rental
It was the first time I used such a service. I was a bit suspicious if it will work. Everything went smoothly and we are satisfied with the car. I am a bit concerned with how my documents are protected by the owner of the car. The person came and made a photo of my documents. I don't know if this is safe, at the same time I had no documents of who the owner is.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Car is new and we'll maintained. Getting and returning the car at the airport is a breeze. But until now still haven't receive the refund of my rm 50 deposit.

My experience is not pleasant
My experience is not pleasant. Firstly, when you place a request for a car, a very expensive option immediately appears, and after a while, for which you already have time to take the only thing that is, cheaper options appear. Second, the actions of the owner of the car are not clear. We punched a wheel, the owner took the money for two. I did not argue, I respect Georgia and people. But I will not use the Getrentacar service anymore. And will not also recommend it.

The best place to rent a car
The best place to rent a car. Dimitry was so helpful and understanding. We were supposed to return car at 8pm but he was flexible due to the heavy trafic. I really recommend this place if you are looking for best place. The car was super clean and comfortable. Will surely rent again.
