Rude people

h very bad service. We had a viewing and that is it. They just ghosted us. We were very interested with the house and they have given us their advisor after 1 call they just ghosted us even the estate agent. I don't know if they are just are just freakin R but it is downright rude! Never again! Very unprofessional people! I would send out receipts of the emails that we have sent. They can just simply say we do not freakin want you but does not have the audacity to say so!

Amazing

Would like to thank James and the whole team at Glasshouse, they were fantastic. Could not have made purchasing a property easier. I also spoke with the Seller who couldn't praise them enough as well. Massive shout out to James though he answered all my calls, and answered all my questions on what can be a stressful time. He managed to make it not stressful at all. Fantastic service and would urge people to go through them.
