The giveaway widgets work great and…
The giveaway widgets work great and their support is perfect. Very trustworthy, I recommend it.
I only think that they should improve the following: winner announcement directly on the Gleam widget should be mandatory since it's free for the giveaway organizers to do it, more transparent for everyone who entered the contest to see if they won or not and privacy is guaranteed since only the first name and the first letter of the surname appears.

Great product and i great appreciate…
Great product and i greatly appreciate the different price options so i can tailor my monthly plan to what i need from the Gleam. Support Stuart was great, though we had one hiccup he instantly fixed it and was honest about the mistake. I could contact them within 10mins and solve any last minute issues i was having with my competition. Great platform for small or big companies alike. I would be cheeky and suggest that maybe a student option could be a thing for short term projects, one off price for maybe a higher plan. Awesome guys, they are honest and do great job.

Excellent app, more than excellent customer support!
While organizing my first social media contest and after searching for the best app to help me do it the way I wanted, I found Gleam. It is a great platform which allows you to run your contest from start to finish with a lot of customization possibilities.
Moreover, their customer service is brilliant! I got a detailed answer to every question I had, plus addtional ideas how I could do things better according to my contest goals! A special THANK YOU to JESSY JANSEN who is a real gem for the company!

I've been utilizing Gleam for giveaways on our blog (SahmReviews.com) since May 2014 and have watched the service grow in those years. Having used a few other services prior to that, I knew what I did and didn't like in a giveaway widget. The team at Gleam is always receptive to feedback, responds quickly to concerns or questions and is continually implementing changes to align with user wishes.
