Alex went above and beyond to solve my issues. Had lots of issues with seat reservations and Alex persevered to resolve the issue with the airline.

They advertise low prices to attract customers and make you fill in all the passenger details and then when you go to the payment page, it fails. It will then request you to call their sales team and then you come to realise that they don't have the ticket at price they quoted you. We were initial quoted around £5K for a family trip. On calling them they gave all sorts of excuses and said the price will be £6K.
Total rip off site and do not trust your money with them.

Roop was very helpful and professional helping me change my flight time. After being completely let down yesterday by a well known travel site (the return leg of the flight I had received confirmation for and had paid for had not, it turns out, been successfully booked by the travel site, leaving me potentially stranded), I discovered Globehunters and in particular Ethan and Lloyd, who worked through the night and this morning to find me alternative flights, which were actually better value than the original flight. They were so kind, helpful and responsive and stayed in touch with me through an extremely stressful time. What a great find, and a great team! The best customer service I have experienced in any sector in a long time...
