I need to go back home for emergency situation, I was browsing in skyscanner to look for affordable flight ticket roundtrip and I came across Globehunter as a recommended with a high rating so I go ahead. When I choose the flight that I need and I am in the payment option I was always interrupted for some reason and I cannot proceed. Then my cp ring. It was ROOP KUMAR, he noticed that I am stocked in where Iam and helped me. He go above and beyond my expectation! Not only he helped and guide until I settle but he helped me find a more affordable and reasonable price! The ratings and stars in the feedback is indeed true ☺️ good job Roop!

Booking Support
I recently purchased flight tickets to Thailand but came across an issue where the reservation got cancelled after payment was made.
I was contacted by Alex who explained and rectified the issue for me at no extra costs.
Alex was proactive with his support, including a follow up call to confirm the tickets issued by the airline, only added to the exceptional customer service he provided. Thanks Alex.

Roof was so helpful
Great to deal with from the moment I booked online. They had to phoned me with options as the airlines where operated by one airline and ticket was issued with another. It was all sorted straight away. I had a problem later on with one of my return flights getting cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East. I emailed Roop and he phoned me straight away. I gave him my preference in returning and he got my flight changed for me at no extra charge. I would 100% use these guys again.
