Very disappointing experience. My order was canceled claiming there was a problem with the address, even though the address was completely correct and detailed. I never received my food, and despite the cancellation being on their side, they refused to refund me. They even kept the tip money although no delivery was made.

Poor customer service and no real effort to solve the issue. I lost my order, my money, and the tip for a service I never received. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their support and refund policy.

The worst experience you could find in Morocco, just order something from Glovo and wait to be disappointed. Glovo in Morocco is known to scam people and not give full refunds. Totally recommend not using Glovo and using Kaalix instead, or going to the restaurant. Expect to speak to uneducated people in customer service, expect delivery drivers to open your food, expect to be disappointed, Glovo Morocco you are shit

"I placed an order with Glovo Morocco and never received it. I didn’t get a call or any follow-up, and later discovered it was cancelled — yet the payment was still deducted. What's more disappointing is that Glovo used to compensate their customers and try multiple times to reach them before cancelling an order. This recent experience shows a serious drop in service quality. I hope Glovo improves its customer communication and restores the reliability it once had."

Overall the service is good but the company really underpays it workers specially the delivery men

Glovo Morocco charges both a delivery fee (9.99 MAD) and a service fee, which makes the overall cost too expensive. What's frustrating is that this pricing method seems to exist only in Morocco. In other countries, delivery apps usually charge just a delivery fee, without adding extra hidden costs. Glovo should reconsider this model — Moroccan users deserve fair pricing like everyone else

they charge you 3x the price and sometimes they don’t refund you bunch of scammers and worst customer service i wouldn’t recommend just preserve your money and buy from somewhere else

Just terrible
I ordered my food i had to wait 30min knowing it has ice cream in it and its 40 degrees today, when i finally got a call from the delivery guy said i can’t find the appartement started giving me attitude. The App uses gps to guide them to clients address so i don’t understand why to call since you have my pin point in the map, name of the neighborhood and the appartement…..

Bad service

Very bad food delivery service !
1 - the food price in the App is more than the price at the restaurant.(maybe no prob with that, but)
2 - they change the restaurants names in the App and they put New on top of it. WOW! it is the same resto with the same location!! And i get the same ugly food because i wan to try a "New" restaurant!
3 - They change the delivery timer !! yep! Your order arrive in 30 min. After 20min ... Your order arrive in 60 min!! so i cancelled my order and what! i have to pay for it !!! i didn't get it in time i didn't eat it .But i have to pay for it !
That's ridiculous. i will never ever use your services again.

Many problems, many times, the last one happened today. My phone became crazy and I couldn't answer the delivery guy. 10 minutes later, the order was cancelled and on the chat support nobody answered, as it happens very usually.
The letter carrier's job has been around for 200 years and everybody get their letters because it's a serious business.
If your delivery men can't find a very precise address with landmarks and leave the clients waiting for the food or whatsoever, then I don't want to order from you anymore.
