All I can say is that their information on their front page about fast refund is definitely not correct, I have been fighting for a month to get my money out and every time I talk to them they need more documentation, it's a struggle here !

If I could give it zero stars I would

If I could give it zero stars I would! I had an issue with a Withdrawl and 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Support is horrible, it takes 2 days to get a response and then they just tell you they are sending it to the appropriate department. I have sent my address documents for verification 3 times as requested with no confirmation they received it. They just ignore you. Ywhen you respond to their response it takes 2 more days. HORRIBLE!!!!

I made my first deposit here. 10 minutes or less it should take.

7 hours in still nothing. Email to support ni replies. Live chat is almost never online . And if you get to them , they will say the relevant team is busy with it.

Stay away from here. You money is gone without even playing here

Try to avoid golden panda. They lie to your face.

Golden panda is one of the worst sites I have ever played on. They have an automatic 10% cashback on every Monday. I have not received it. I also contacted the live chat but they told me I was in the positives and that I will not receive it. But the funny part is that that's not true. I have searched my own Transaction on my bank account aswell as on my golden panda account. I deposited 1700 euro total. Cashed nothing. I should've received the cashback. They are straight up lying to my face.

TRY TO AVOID THIS WEBSITE. the cash out also took me 5 days and my friends are already waiting for at least 2 weeks

This is scam!!! `i have deposit 273 euros to p[lay and this money stuck somwhere in the air. when a deposit got declined because of my balance of my bank account is too low, i filled up my bank account balance and there was taken money from my bank account to the casino.

Over a week later after loads of chats . The reply I get is your moneys safe in your account. I want to withdraw it and can't. Emailed them no reply . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE ONE BIG SCAM. over a week now and still not able to sign in or withdraw my deposit that I put in to play . Uk people need to stay away from this golden panda site.
