police report for fraud

I placed an order with gold2home,
which they have failed to deliver within the 180 days stated in their terms and conditions.
I have now waited an additional month, and there is absolutely no response from gold2home.
I have requested to cancel the order since they were unable to deliver on time, but they are not responding anywhere.
Today, I am filing a police report for fraud with the local police.
THIS IS TRULY EMBARRASSING.
DO NOT SHOP HERE.
THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS.

Jeg har købt en ordre som gold2home ikke har kunne levere inden for de 180 dage som der er i deres betingelser.
Jeg har ventet en måned yderlige nu og der kommer ingen svar fra gold2home.
Jeg har bedt om at få annulleret ordren da gold2home ikke har kunne levere inden for tiden.
Men der er ingen svar fra gold2home nogen steder.

Jeg indsender politi anmeldelse på bedrageri i dag til det lokale politi.
