I like the recipes, easy to make, yet always fresh, with lot of vegetables and very tasty.
Only thing: I eat vegan and with 4 vegan meals a week not much to choose from.

Great Meals, especially if you follow a low carb or Keto diet! Easy to prepare, always fresh!

I have a pocket/account set up for subscription payments in my account and as I didn’t have enough balance in the account when the debit order came through my box was cancelled for the week without any grace period. I called through the very same day to request the payment to be reprocessed and was told that that wasn’t possible. I have never encountered a service that doesn’t make some accommodation for late payments - this is really poor and I’ve subsequently cancelled my subscription. Best part? When I told the agent that I was going to cancel she automatically did it for me so customer care can more easily cost you a customer than reprocess a payment? Seems silly to me…

To avoid losing customers in the future for similar reasons please consider the following:
1) Give customers a chance to rectify payment issues before you cancel their box for the week. Also, maybe don’t schedule payment runs at 00:00 when your call center only opens after noon that day.
2) If you can’t accommodate a delay in payments, set up either a push notification in the app or an email alert to remind customers when the weekly subscription payment will be run.

Either way in this day and age there is no excuse for not thinking customer-first and not accounting for day to day slips that everyone has.

Variation in meals is great! Clear instructions and fresh ingredients.

Meals are easy to prepare and usually take about 30 to 45 minutes! The quality of the food is as if you’re eating in a restaurant! I love cooking with green chef! It’s effortless and chef worthy!

I try to eat low carb meals, and since I've subscribed to Greenchef that's very easy. I love that I don't have to think about recipes myself! I'm a single person, but I don't mind the 2 person minimum, it just ensures I have healthy lunches as well.

I recommend that when you select your week menu, to check that the recipes use different spice mixes, else that can become very boring.

My friends for whom I cooked GC are equally impressed with the creative and high-quality meals.
I particularly enjoy the chef's specials (looking at you, bao bun with teriyaki duck confit!).

I would love to see more creative low in carb dishes and more gluten-free options (or alternative ingredients swap)!

Fresh, every day a different meal idea. I like the facility of not having to go to the supermarket and think what will i make today. You have seen it, the products are ready. Now its just your time and prepare it. Until now, a great experience.

Great variety in recipes, creative and fulfilling. Not missing animal products at all. Nice and easy way to get into vegan habits. Although it's good value for money, I can't keep up with the normal price rating. I would love to be able to choose smaller portions for a lower price. For me and my husband, the portions are too big so sometimes we over-eat. I think it's nice that you can put your supscription on hold for a few weeks if necessary.

The recipes are easy to follow, super tasteful and the ingredients of high quality. Would definitely recommend the meals and we are going to continue to enjoy them!

High quality recipes with interesting ingredients & combinations. Each week you can select your recipes for the next week from a varied menu. You get everything you need (outside of some pantry staples) in the right quantities, so no food waste!

Tried out 2 weeks now. The food is reasonably tasty. We did opt for the 'quick and easy' box. That's a lie. I like that you do get fresh produce and healthy food, but having to chop 4 different veggies before cooking, and then using 4 different pots and pans in the preparation is not my definition of 'quick and easy'. We chose the option to be fast with cooking and cleaning. But with the preparation and cleaning time of the recipes we got, we lose more time than going to the store and cooking our own options.

I hope my review can help other people in my situation! my colleague had recommended this site to me by giving me a voucher for a free box, I was very enthusiastic about ordering from this site, I liked the idea to receiving healthy meals already organised against waste at a fairly good price! yes but unfortunately it will remain just an idea!! I place my first order, choose Sunday morning as the delivery date (because I'm sure I'll be at home), delivery is expected between 8.45am and 9am. Around 8.50am the message appears on the site that something had gone wrong with my delivery,to contact customer service which obviously opens at 9am. At 9 am I call the customer service and they told the driver couldn't find my address.. I live in a large building which is very easy to find, we check together and the address entered was correct so in reality they couldn't give me any explanations as to why they couldn't find my address... in any case they had my number and could call me,in any case the guy on the phone tells me that there is nothing he can do, the delivery will be rescheduled the next day after 2 pm. so I receive an email in the afternoon saying that they didn't deliver to me because I wasn't at home... whereupon I contact customer service again and explain that it's not true that I was at home and had been all day. the girl apologises again and tells me that they can't do anything, so I ask if they could kindly deliver after 6pm on Mondays since I will be at work, they say no that it is not possible to choose the time they can deliver in case in an address close to mine but no more than 5 minutes away, totally useless. and of course after they told me that the package would be delivered in the afternoon, naturally I received the notification that it would be delivered at 9 am on Monday morning, so today! whereupon I called again explaining that I had already left the house to go to work and they had confirmed that it would arrive in the afternoon, they told that the driver decides when to deliver the package, and there is nothing that can do,so they left my package outside the door this morning at 9 am needless to say that when I got home, I had to throw away meat, fish and all the products from the fridge. I hope this review helps, just know that if you have a problem caused by them, you won't get any help!! I have already deactivated the account and deleted my data, needless to say it was the worst experience of my life, non-existent customer service, I can't even confirm if the food was good since I had to throw it away, and this is the worst thing! terrible service very stressed having to call a thousand times to find a solution which in the end they didn't find! it's easier to go to the supermarket! if you decide to order good luck!
