Do not recommend. Someone has setup a fraudulent account in my name and email. I have tried to alert the company multiple times and am getting nowhere. You would think they would want to close out the fake account and not lose money. They should have an easy way to contact someone to alert to the problem. Their response is to go to their contact page, that doesn't help. I line in the US, I'm not calling Europe. If the company is interested in actually closing fake accounts they would respond to this post with an actual email I can contact, since their website doesn't have a contact form or an email to send a message.

Update regarding their response: I tried contacting them the way they suggest as well as via Facebook. I get zero help from any of them. They gave me an email address that doesn't work. Her Green Chef, post an email address in your reply that people can contact when they have issues with you that need to be resolved.

The recipes are all delicious. Produce is always fresh.

Menu options are great, have had times that the fish or meat was not good anymore. It would be great if you can have the option to have organic ingredients in your box.

Great variety of recipes, easy to prepare and delivered at home. Less waste

We are satisfied with the menu choice but the quality of the ingredients is not always good. Meat and fish are often already 'on the date' so sometimes you still have to buy it yourself in the supermarket and throw away the delivered meat/fish. Delivery is downright dramatic. We live at a fairly new address that is not well indicated in Google Maps. I asked the customer service several times to put a comment in the system about this. Not once has there been a delivery without me having to speak to the delivery man over the phone to explain where he should be.

Really great diet options, this makes it a lot easier for me to cook for myself when i have a busy week!

The last 2 weeks we ordered the boxes. Great variation and always super fresh. Per day a bag with al the ingredients. I love it. Keep up the good work 👍

We went from a few standard meals which we knew how to prepare to try out a lot of different, very tasty, meals. Especially for my wife it was a discovery. She found out that a lot of ingredients she thought she did not like did taste good when prepared differently.

We started Green Chef at the same time that we started Intermittent Fasting with the goal to eat more nutrients and less carbs. It helped us to lose 10kg and have more energy.

Food is great and tasty!! Super easy recipes.

Green Chef is a great solution for easing the after work, pre-dinner stress of the working parent. Recipes are pretty interesting too and there is a nice selection fitting everyone to ensure you don’t get bored.

What does strike me is that cooking times are completely off and if you are not an experienced home cook you’ll end up with half cooked meals. I wonder whether recipes are tested thoroughly. The quality of meat replacements such as chicken nuggets are really very bad. I hope Green Chef will replace it with a better brand soon, they do exist out there and it’s such a pity they’re not incorporated to ensure everyone enjoys a vegetarian option.

Easy to make recipes, healthy, good balance in macro nutrients. Fits a lifestyle where you follow a certain diet. Can recommend. Maybe still a bit on the expensive side.

We are very happy with Greenchef. The quality of the products is good. The delivery well and on time. And mostly the choice of low carbs and/or in combo with vegetarian is great.

Excellent menu’s, carefully selected ingredients, easy & fast to prepare, tastefull food, box always delivered on time at home.

I just love the boxes from Green Chef!
I get fresh, quality food delivered to my doorstep. Because the ingredients are super fresh, we eat the meals within 4 days. I like the recipes and the variation of my meals. The price is also good if you look to at the price-quality ratio. This week I ordered even 4 meals! I would like to have more Asian options but thats’s all.

I want to stop completely, but i can not find that option. I want to stop, because the payment came before the box was send and ABN AMRO saus that my payment will stil be blocked.

The only company i did that with is EPSON for my printer abonnement that i stoppped but they still want payment for something i do not use anymore

For now 1 week in a month is wat i can pay and only paid with ideal and sometimes paypal. I do not like automatic incasso.

When i do not use the box i will not pay.

They are fraud! I only wanted to reactivate it because I got a discount. Although I applied the discount they charged me the full amount which is too much for the amount of food and quality you get. While speaking to customer service they were blunt and not willing to reimburse me for my discount - I was charged the full amount anyway. I highly recommend to stay away from the Green Chef and Hello Fresh.

Fresh ingrediënts, but sometimes missing some essential ones. Had two times my package was damaged. Still 4 stars
