First they advertise the delivery times incorrectly, then when you ask for a refund they refuse so you are stuck with the purchase. When my delivery finally arrived it looked good when you first open the package but later I discovered that underneath and hidden it was all smashed to pieces. No refund or solution offered, just multiple emails. They do not care for their customers at all, the supervisor will not call you back and they are shortsighted by taking your money when logically they should refund or at the least a credit note to the full value. I lost EUROS 300 to this company.

Primeiro eles anunciam os prazos de entrega incorretamente, então quando você pede um reembolso eles se recusam e você fica preso com a compra. Quando minha entrega finalmente chegou, parecia bom quando você abriu o pacote pela primeira vez, mas depois descobri que por baixo e escondido estava tudo em pedaços. Nenhum reembolso ou solução oferecida, apenas vários e-mails. Eles não se importam de forma alguma com seus clientes, o supervisor não ligará de volta e eles têm visão curta ao aceitar seu dinheiro quando logicamente deveriam reembolsar ou pelo menos uma nota de crédito no valor total. Perdi EUROS 300 para esta empresa.

Como verá, fazemos o possível para indicar aos nossos clientes que eles devem verificar o material nas primeiras 24 horas para proceder a uma substituição gratuita (nos emails informativos sobre o estado do pedido e numa SMS).
Se lamentavelmente, o seu pedido chegar danificado devido à manipulação indevida durante o transporte deve entrar em contacto connosco nas primeiras 24h desde a entrega, uma vez que este é o prazo máximo para o qual temos o seguro contratado para reclamar este tipo de incidência, e que após este não é possível provar se o dano foi provocado pelo transporte ou por manipulação indevida por parte do cliente.

No seu caso passaram 9 dias desde que o seu produto tinha sido entregue e lamentavelmente não podemos aplicar o seguro devido a não conseguir comprovar se o dano foi provocado pelo transporte ou por manipulação indevida por parte do cliente.

Verificamos que o valor de 300€ que indica é relativo a (sanita+tanque+assento) Lamentavelmente não podemos efetuar um reembolso de total de 300€ quando nos indicou que o tanque e assento se encontravam em perfeito estado e o valor do produto danificado tem um valor bastante inferior.

Mesmo assim oferecemos um desconto de 20% na compra do produto danificado ao qual não aceitou devido a ter adquirido outro produto.

02.12.2020 - I ordered a bathroom unit. It turned out the warehouse has 3 weeks to check if they have the unit at all.
23.12.2020 - the unit was finally delivered. Completely damaged
21.01.2021 - Finally the unit was delivered. But the delivery man refused to pick up the old one. So now I have a huge bathroom unit in the middle of my corridor.

My order was sent quickly but…

My order was sent quickly but unfortunately it was the wrong one - I reordered and returned the first order at the same time as received the second.
Both had arrived in good condition and I paid the 35 euros to return the wrong one. As of today 13th October I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the first item which was returned on the 11th September.
My emails to Habitium were responded to promptly and politely.
I would recommend them and would use them again.

Definitely not serious and reliable

Definitely not a serious and reliable company. Don’t trust them.
Delivery time on their website at the time of the purchase: 3-6 business days. Delivery time after the purchase (changed on their website) 10-15 business days.
Their customer service will not give you an honest answer when you’ll ask and they’ll always go round and round the point.
This is not what you would expect from a serious and reliable company.
Moreover they have the lowest price guaranteed but I found the same item I bought 150€ cheaper and when I contacted them sending them the link, after verifying, they told me they could not make that price. Another reason not to trust whatever is written in their website.
Still waiting for my item and feel sorry I trusted them.
