Saved me buying a new shower and altering the pipework
My 20+ years shower broke and didn't think I would be able to get the part required as the manufacturer was unknown, after I searched on Google I found the part, ordered late Sunday evening it with the minimum of fuss and received the part early Tuesday morning, very happy with the service I received.

Ordered Tuesday, arrived Friday. £15.00 postage. Sorry not good enough. Perhaps the website could have an up to date quantity check. May use again if they improve their postal service.
Customer service team wasn’t really much help either. Didn’t seem to understand why I was wondering where my order was for the amount of postage!
