Value for money, convenient & easy to use
Great value for money to get some quick headshots without the trouble of going to a studio. I wouldn't say it's perfect but it's definitely worth the time and cost saving. The only thing I would suggest improving is a clear understanding of the parameters for each tier of payment e.g. how many of my photos I can upload, how many outfits I can choose, whether it's possible to pay extra to choose out more outfits/ background etc.
Overall still highly recommend this and it saves me a lot of hassle.. finally got a professional profile pic!

About half the photos were good
About half the photos were good. The other half didn't work because the AI made me look like someone else, maybe a long-lost brother. But all I needed was one good headshot, and the service definitely delivered on that.

Good Experience
Tried Headshot Pro recently—overall a solid experience. The results were clean and professional, especially for the price. Not perfect on every shot, but definitely usable and worth checking out if you need a quick upgrade.

Appreciate the flexibility
I was pretty easy to upload photos. I also liked that I was able to re-choose the photos I picked because the first 3 I uploaded did not result in many images that looked like me. But it was my fault because of the pictures I chose. I appreciated the flexibility.

Excellent customer service and picture…
Excellent customer service and picture quality. I forgot to make all the edits and save them on my computer before the 30-day window, and the photos were deleted; however, I contacted the help desk, and the rep was able to retrieve them for me, along with my credits. I will definitely use this service again.
