I am extremely happy with the results of my high-definition liposuction and would highly recommend Dr. Leonardo Fasano and his team. From my initial consultation, Dr. Leonardo took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve and provided honest, professional advice on what would best suit my body shape and goals. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the process, and I am delighted with my results.

The aftercare has also been outstanding. Kat and Co., along with Zeena provided exceptional support throughout my recovery, always being available to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

The consultation before I decided to book helped me understand expectations around possible results, as well as being able to get all answer regarding the surgery itself and the recovery afterwards. With all info in hand, I could decide what areas I wanted to have treated, and his assistant was very patient in answering all my questions and making sure I would be booking exactly what I wanted.
Not only the results look amazing, but I felt really well supported throughout my recovery. There was always a number to reach out to if I had questions or concerns. It has now been a few weeks and everything is going well, and I was given some last few pieces of advice for the final stage of recovery, with an option to have a final check in a few months' time.

Choosing the right person is really important when going for surgery, and you can definitely trust Dr Fasano to help you achieve the best version of yourself (so long of course as you follow pre- and post-op instructions)!

Dr Fasano was great in the initial consultation. He gave me a few options to get the shape I desired and I trusted in his judgement and went with the one he recommended most and I am definitely not disappointed, it looks amazing!
The day of the operation, I couldn't have asked for a better team. I did have a complication in recovery that was no fault any of the team but my own medical history and bad luck. But the team handled it so well. I felt Dr Fasano went above his duty of care and didnt leave my side eventhough I was under someone else's care after. This made me feel safe in what would have otherwise been a scary situation for me and for that, I couldn't thank him enough. He obviously cares deeply about his patients.
If I wanted anything else done in the future, I will definitely be back!

This was my second visit to dr fasano as I had gone for a consultation a few years before but wasn't ready ..3 years on I was absolutely ready for dr fasano to work his magic ...he went through my consultation and was very knowledgeable In what I wanted him to achieve, from the moment u checked in the staff and nurses look after you so well..I wasn't even nervous the operation went well and was let home after a few hours after surgery, as I had to have a general I was a bit groggy...3 days after when I took off garment it was like wow omg look at my figure now and this is only the beggining of the journey, I think worst part for me was the leakage the 1st 4 days , the 1st lymphatic drainage massage was complimentary, that was so nice Amanda then continued to do them after , I can honestly say dr fasano really is the master of sculptering with vaser lipo...thanks to all the wonderful staff too.

I am 6 weeks post op from Dr Fasano, he performed Vaser Lipo to my knees, calves, ankles and fat injections into dents left in my calves from a previous surgery.
The whole process from start to finish was amazing, I am so happy with my results (despite not being fully recovered yet). Amazing results following vaser liposuction with the very talented Dr fasano. He managed to completely change my shape from boxy to shapely.
