Do not buy from this company they are simply dreadful

Hear more are a dreadful company. Do not buy the products. We ordered hearing aids and when they arrived they were too big and all my husband could hear was inference as they don’t sit far enough into his ears. We returned them in October to China! I can see they have been received on the mail tracker, but after months of chasing a refund I have not had any further contact. They simply ignore me. Do not waste your money. Do not buy from them they are completely unprofessional.

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I purchased in early September, in the canal aids & on arrival discovered my right canal was narrower than the left - so immediately made contact with their Customer Services - I was informed they would send me a smaller unit with a variety of domes. After no response I made contact & they apologized. However, after numbers of emails & attempts to get answers I was told someone senior would call me. It has never happened. I remain a very dissatisfied & frustrated 'CUSTOMER' - Where can I get HELP?

Do not touch this company with a barge…

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered one pair but 3 x 69 was taken from my account.a month and many emails later it is still not resolved. I'm told I have to return the 3 to China at my own expense with an explanation for returnand then the money will be refunded. I have been told I cannot get a refund for the one pair I ordered ( which i don't like) despite 60 day money back guarantee.

What an absolute scam

What an absolute scam, my elderly mum has had problems since spending £3000 on a pair of hearing aids that have never been fit for purpose. We requested a second visit and a young guy came who knew nothing and said he didn’t know anything about the sale previously made. I called the office early January 2023 and was promised a visit for my mum when the sales rep was in the area, I explained my displeasure to the lady on the phone and yes you guessed it I have not heard anything since…….called again today to hear they have ceased trading and then researched why and came across all these horribly sad stories of other elderly people being scammed.. this villain needs to be stopped !!!!!

Watch Out For These Directors

I have just completed an investigation into Hearmore UK for a friend of mine who purchased a hearing aid from the Company and experienced trouble with the device from the very start. Hearmore UK is the trading style of a Company called Pharmhear Ltd - In Liquidation. The Company was incorporated on 23/10/2019 and went into liquidation on 19/08/2022. The initial sole director and Secretary of the Company, Peter Johnathon Kitson, was appointed on 23/10/2019. Mr Kitson later resigned his directorship on 20/02/2020, three days after his wife, Bridgett Anne Beardall Kitson was appointed as a director of the Company (17/02/2020). Peter Kitson has run a string of over 20 companies (involved mainly in the sale of mobility equipment and hearing aids) going back to, at least, 2005, the majority of whom have been compulsory Dissolved via Companies House as a consequence of failing to file company accounts and returns. Peter Kitson has a history of starting companies and then resigning his directorship a few months later which closely coincides with the statutory date for filing company accounts. According to my findings, Peter Kitson is currently shown to to be a director in 5 active companies, two started in late 2021, two started in June & August 2022 and the latest in January 2023. The names of these companies are; (i) The Hearing Warehouse Ltd; (ii) Hearmore UK Ltd; (iii) North Somerset Hearing Clinic Ltd; (iv) The Hearing Aid Warehouse Ltd and; (v) Airedale Consulting Ltd. The registered office address for these companies is; The Offices At Cadbury Garden & Leisure, Smallway, Congresbury, Bristol BS49 5AA. I am most surprised that Peter Kitson has avoided being struck off the Companies House List of Directors and banned from holding a company directorship in England and Wales. As mentioned above Pharmhear Ltd t/as: Hearmore was put into liquidation in August 2022 with debts of £1,292,968 set off against total assets of £80,000, from the sale of the Company. The largest and only one preferential creditor was HM Revenue & Customs who were owed £732,364 leaving them with a deficit of £652,364. Consequently, there was no distribution of funds for the other unsecured creditors. Some may be interested to know that two of the largest unsecured creditors were companies owned by the sole directors of Peter Kitson and Bridget Kitson respectively. These are; North Somerset Hearing Clinic Ltd who were owed £75,427.50 and; The Adjustable Bed Linen Company Ltd who were owed £41,178.92. To me, both sets of figures seem implausible but I don't have any evidence to prove otherwise. It would not surprise me if Peter Kitson resigns as a director from his active companies closer to the time for filing their statutory accounts. I would recommend avoiding any form of business either directly with Peter and Bridgett Kitson or indirectly through their companies. From information I have sourced, Peter Kitson appears to take advantage of the old, infirm and vulnerable in our society. Please watch out for this scoundrel.

Paid £1560 deposit for two hearing aids…

Paid £1560 deposit for two hearing aids and company went into liquidation shortly after. Peter Kitson the owner of the company sets up hearing aid companies and as soon as he receives deposits liquidates that company. He has done this with several hearing aid companies depriving mostly elderly people of monies for items never received. He is a thief stealing from the elderly.

1 star is more than this company…

1 star is more than this company deserves. My 92 year old Nan paid a small fortune for hearing aids, which were a huge improvement on anything available on the NHS. However, the customer service has been appalling. One aid became damaged and has been with them for a repair for over a month, when we were promised it would be back with her within 2 weeks. No one at this company seems to appreciate or care about the negative impact this has on my Nan’s cognition and quality of life. She is deteriorating rapidly without working hearing aids. I am getting married in 4 days, and have given up hope that she will receive her hearing aid in time to enjoy this special day. We are heartbroken for her. Hearmore UK are fully aware of this situation. My mother is in touch with them daily, and is promised someone will call her back. Nobody ever does. I am disgusted by their lack of empathy and compassion.
