Heficed BGP Hijacked our IP subnet
Re-assigned an IPv4 subnet to another customer without our knowledge or permission and then started BGP Hijacking the subnet with their own ASN.

Obviously lies within Heficed's reply. At the time of this review the route object in the RIPE database was configured for our ASN.
Avoid this company if you don't want to migrate hundreds of hosts in the middle of the night!

Sorry to hear your experience did not turn out great. We can assure you that there was no BGP hijack in your case.
Here is what happened:
Your payment was due, and we could not confirm a successful clearance on the 20-June. We sent you two reminders about the failed payments on the 21-June as well as on 22-June. Your service was canceled after three unsuccessful attempts, and the subnet became available in our IP Address Market again for other customers. It's a standard procedure for failed payments.
For now, we advise you to order a new subnet and ensure the payments are made on time to avoid a similar situation in the future. Talk to our support team at support@heficed.com if you need assistance.

Bad company, if i could i would give no star.
IPs are locked and can't use it anyway, the force you to buy there own VPS to use those ips and also after buying VPS, the IPs locked so you must use there on relay to enable TLS than what happened the ips is not in use

I have a couple of dedicated servers on Heficed and never had any problems. Performance is stable, did not experience any downtimes so far. Also the team is very helpful and responsive. Recommend!
