It's great that the transparent delivery information helped with the planning. We appreciate your patience and are glad that everything arrived as announced! Next time we'll go the extra mile to earn that fifth star. 😉👍
Unfair deduction after return
Very disappointing experience. After a legitimate return, the seller deducted substantial amount from my refund, citing alleged installation marks – without providing any photographic evidence. I handled the product with utmost care throughout. As a customer, I have every right to test a product. The deduction was arbitrary and completely unjustified.

It is regrettable that the cancellation process has left a negative impression. In our defence, however, we would like to make it clear at this point that the right of withdrawal allows for the goods to be inspected in the same way as they might be in a high street shop – but full installation goes beyond this legal framework. As installation causes signs of wear and tear, which result in a reduction in the item’s value, we must take this loss into account when processing your refund. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you if you would like to discuss the matter further.
