I had 2 accounts, the wrong food sent,my plan is 3 mls per week. Sent 63 of which I did NOT choose nd I’ve contacted your company multiple times with no fixing. Not worth the hassle
My order was delayed and ultimately never delivered this week, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We plan our meals and grocery schedule around these deliveries, so when a box does not arrive, it creates a real inconvenience and disrupts our week. I understand delays can happen, but a missed delivery without a proper resolution is not the level of service I expect from HelloFresh.
The recipes make some assumptions like not including temp of oven or deseeding tomatoe before chopping. I am trying to get my husband to cook more and these details are essential. We received one cucumber that was starting to decompose. I will say the they immediately provided us with a generous credit which was greatly appreciated!
Looking for a way to pause for a week not sure how to do it
I mostly enjoy the food. It sorta all starts tasting the same. Perhaps the ingredients and spices need to have a varied distributor...?
Pretty convenient for a single person!
The recipes are amazing but I have to replace at least a third of the vegetables that come with my box every week. Carrots that I can bend in half, mushy gross tomatoes. I don't even get the things with mushrooms anymore because they're always slimy and smell like fish. Such a bummer because it's really a great idea and the recipes are really very good. I wish they could get it together.
The food has been very good; the instructions clear; and the time estimates accurate. The problem has been the delivery service, which we have found to be unreliable.
I have been using Hello Fresh for years and have been very pleased. It would be nice to be able to substitute sweet potatoes for the white potatoes for the oven fries, it very rarely is an option. Also, whenever Pico is available, it would be nice to include cilantro

I was just wondering why does it cost the same price for a vegetarian diet with no meat
Salmon juice soaked through the box and I only got a $6 credit. That’s not enough to replace the salmon at a grocery store, let alone a large amount of ingredients. Not worth it.
Everything was going well for the last 3 months. A couple if spoiled fresh produce items but nothing significant. But the the last couple weeks our deliveries have been really late. 1 week it was 4 days late. When ordering 6 nightly meals, that doesn't work out when the next one then comes on time. Not enough days to cook all if the meals. I'm considering canceling my account over this.
In some of the package made for 2 meals. The rice is only enough for 1 not 2. The spaghetti isn't enough for 2.
The food itself is delicious (high calorie) but delicious and it’s been so easy to cook and not really think about what’s for dinner postpartum for us. However, our delivery was late and our gel packs were completely defrosted. Which resulted in 1/2 -1/3 of our meat being either warm or room temperature for who knows how long in a hot delivery truck.
I’d give 5 stars if there was any way to make sure that didn’t happen again.
I love the recipes, the ease of shipments, and the quality. I don’t like that they choose the food for you if you don’t build your box. I’m allergic to tons of food, that doesn’t work for me. If I forget to build a box, that’s on me, skip that week. It’s my fault.
I like the improved and expanded vegetarian options. Bags could be packed more carefully in the boxes. Vegetables could be larger.
We are generally happy with the meals we have received. However, there have been a few issues with the quality of the produce. And occasionally the absence of an ingredient.
The panko was missing on our most recently order. Difficult to make a pankco crust pork chop with out it.
I have replaced the recent tomatoes with my own. The ones with the meals were very very pale.
