My heart style workfor about 6 time it's smell like burning and it's not working anymore more. I try to reach customers service many times without any reply from them. My last email was sent on March 9th

Ordered 2 of the 5in 1 (December 11/25)for my daughters for Christmas. After numerous attempts to find out where my order was, I still have never received it. My girls “truly are grateful” for the Christmas gift 😒. Just so disappointed.

Ordered on Dec.23, still have no product, no respons to my emails. Now the email they provided says undeliverable. Website seems to be removed as well. Scam. I will never order anything advertised on FB ever again. All of it is scam. Lesson learnt. I will only order from Amazon going forward

Took a long time to come and product is cheaply made and sure enough stop working after 2 months…waste of money !

They delivered the hey curls hair dryer/curler with faulty electrical component. I have asked for refund for almost a month and no refund nor reply. Order #51725

I purchased the 5in1 Multistyler Pro as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It is useless for her hair, so we tried it on 6 other people with varying types and lengths of hair. It simply does not do anything. It does work slightly on short very fine hair. On their site, they say to email them to initiate a return. They do not answer their emails, no matter how often you write. I am stuck with a useless 'multi styler' now. So disappointing.

Terrible!! Don’t ever order from them, they don’t refund money!

I ordered the Hey Curls and have used it a few times. Tried all the attachments to make sure it worked as it was advertised. Unfortunately, it did not! The brush curls does not stay in place when trying to use it ( it keeps lifting) and product itself is not strong enough. I sent 2 emails and have not heard from the company. The second email was undelivered and can’t even look up the company.

After trying the Dyson. I was not that happy with it and the price was crazy so I decided to try Hey Curls at a fraction of the price and I am so so much happier
I have been using it for a few months and wow I love it.
Works better than the expensive one

Worst company ever. Product worked ten minutes then stopped because of « over-heating »? Wrote 2 emails demanding reimbursement, been 3 weeks and no news whatsoever… if i could give 0 stars I WOULD. Don’t buy their products! Lost my money!

Didn’t even receive my order ,contacted the company by phone and email received no response, contacted my credit card company now ! It’s been a month. Can’t even track order !

Placed my order January 8th. It promised tracking withing 24 hours and shipping withing 5-7 business days. I've now emailed them 3 times (waiting several days in between) with no response. The last email was to request a refund, still nothing.
I paid $20 for the shipping and even got the lifetime warranty.
No product, no refund, and no responses. Pretty safe to say I've been scammed.

Do not buy! I bought a few for Xmas gifts and one broke immediately. I’ve reached out 6 to customer service by email requesting assistance and I have never heard back. They have no phone number and they do not respond to emails. It was used twice and is completely garbage now and I can’t even buy just the power base piece they only sell as packages with attachments. Terrible company and product! I’ve actually never dealt with such a poorly run business ever.

I purchased the product - it arrived no issues. HOWEVER< my hair is too short to use this effectively. I e-mailed them back - exchanged e-mails with someone called "Miranda" on Dec 15th, 2025. She said I would need to send photos of the product and packaging and then she'd give me an RA # and address for return/refund. I have sent these pics 5 x since Dec 23rd - they are now ignoring me and there's no one I can speak to! I obviously got ripped off!!!!!

It is the best hair dryer I’ve got.

The product is cheap and doesn't work well. There is a deafening screech the whole time it is turned on. I am not able to reach the company for a refund. Do not buy!

I got it for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it so far. It is light weight and easy to use. Price point is great. Shipping took an extremely long time but otherwise we have been happy.

Took money, didn't deliver product!!

I purchased several items, and one did not come. I reached out several times, got one response to basically 'prove' it, which I sent them the order number which listed what I paid for, and reiterated again what was missing, now no response at all. They took the money but didn't deliver what I paid for, and now customer service is unavailable to be reached. I don't recommend this company.

I ordered this curler in November, It was a gift for my daughter. Once Christmas came and she tried it, it did not preform as advertised. the product is poorly made. I requested a refund and have since DEc 26 and have had NO response even though it is in their return policy. I will be reporting them to the BBB of Canada.

Terrible customer service, terrible product. most of the reviews are paid fake reviews.
