Professional, Knowledgeable and great photography!
The idea of spending 3-4k instead of 25-30k on agency fees seemed almost too good to be true and I was skeptical to begin with, but intrigued enough to enquire further. I called and was put through to one of their agents and I gave them a good grilling for about 40 minutes as I was sure there must be a catch somewhere. She was very patient with my questions and offered to send a colleague to meet me at my apartment to answer more questions and gather information for a valuation.
I agreed to the meeting and again I probed the agent with a lot of questions and again she was very patient with me and came across as professional and knowledgeable about real estate in Lisbon and the selling process. On that basis I decided to proceed and they scheduled in a photography session.
The photographer was professional and thorough and when I saw the results I felt vindicated in my decision in choosing Sherlock. The quality was great; really professional and is giving me a lot of confidence going forward. They're listing my apartment now.
