Being a huge fan of the HiFi brand “Bowers and Wilkins” (B&W), I purchased their neckbanded wireless headphone the pi3... Worst headphones ever, in terms of quality assurance - the sound is amazing, the product itself has terrible issues ... anyway, after buying this pair in hifi klubben, and after having them without a gripe in the world exchange them to new 3 times - they once again offered me a good exchange to a pair of RHA T20, no gripes, no mentions if warranty period or such! This is the primary example of good customer service, and why I will keep going back to hifi klubben for all of my hifi purchases!

Jabra Elite Active 65t

I bought Jabra Elite Active 65t couple of months ago. There is an issue with right side earbud. Sometimes it works sometimes it's not. Couple of example : Every morning it takes me around 5 minutes to play with it in my ear until music comes out of it. Or when I am running out of nowhere it stops working so most of the time I have to run with only left earbud.

So I reached out to support ,very fast respond. Then went into a shop describe my problem then an employee checked it. I don't doubt it right there it worked. Then I was dismissed with " this a working". So right now I have half working Jabra Elite Active 65t. However I should have fully working earbud rightfully.

I found this approach pretty offensive as it feels like that employee didn't believe what I have said. This is pretty negative in many ways.

We are very sorry if there is something wrong with your headphones. The Jabra Elite 65t is one of the most popular models on the market right now and normally they work perfectly.
Please bring them back to one of our shops so we can test them once again - maybe for a couple of days if the problem come and goes and is not there all the time.
