We were very impressed with the work…
We were so pleased with the work carried out by Jan and Roman. We told them what we wanted, no job was too big or too small and everything was done professionally to a very high standard indeed. Everywhere was always left clean & tidy and both are very pleasant & hard working. We would highly recommend them.

Valuation & HTB redemption
I used homemove for the valuation for my HTB redemption and this was completed promptly. I then went on to purchase the conveyancing services through homemove to manage the HTB redemption, however when I later realised that I did not require these, homemove were swift to issue me with a refund.

Do not use for moving !
While all the people I have communicated with have been lovely, the moving service they offer is terrible. I had to continually chase them to receive a full quote, and not just an estimate, and when it came back it was nearly double what the estimate was and my moving date was days away. They also tried to change the moving day, which was not possible on my end. Overall, this has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating process. I could not recommend them for your moving needs.

Daniel Webster CeMAP Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisorfrom TMG online
As I started to try and obtain a mortgage at the age of 79, following the sudden death of my wife, and the realisation that I needed to buy an inexpensive property rather than continue paying out a large rental for our bungalow, it soon became obvious that I needed a Mortgage Advisor. One of the last things that my late wife and I had done together was to look at a little cottage on the edge of the town where we live and we had decided to try and buy it.
I was very fortunate that the first firm that I tried was TMG Online and the first advisor was Daniel Webster. He went to endless lengths to find the right mortgage for me and helped me by interceding on my behalf when the estate agent entertained a second offer after his client had accepted mine on the grounds that he did not believe that I could possibly get a mortgage at my age. Daniel was able to obtain an agreement in principle from Livemore which saved the day and then assisted me with the necessary application forms which have resulted in an offer from the Bank.
Daniel Webster has been with me all the way since I started the process. He has encouraged me when things looked difficult and helped me to keep a focus on getting a successful result. I shall forever be grateful to him for all his help and advice and I have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone looking for help in this area.

Great Home Survey in Quick time
I booked a home survey which was done within 10 days and provided me a very thorough report. This enabled me to discover that in spite of estate agent assurances, £10,000 was required to cure damp issues. Thank you I had a lucky escape. First class service.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, the team was very helpful on the phone whilst booking and following up afterwards. But especially the two men doing the move were fantastic, fast and careful with the most delicate boxes while loading. They also let me know when they arrived at the new property and were waiting for me to unload when I arrived. Overall, a fantastic service. Thank you!

I paid for the premium service for…
I paid for the premium service for packaging, removal, dismantle and re-assemble but they just left the wardrobe in a very unsafe position and unfinished. The sofa and bed was reassembled by my husband and his friend. Basically they didn’t assemble anything after the move. The guy was too rushed to go home.My friends helped with the move too. Also I paid for 3 people and there were only two.I had to pay someone else again to re-assemble it.Not happy.
