Really disappointed with HomeRun, which I've used for a number of years. Firstly, if you deactivate your plan, they delete everything, which was pretty frustrating because I'd spent a lot of time setting up landing pages and email automations. A lot of work went into it, and then it was all deleted.

But actually, the most frustrating thing is that I just set up my account again from scratch. I spent a lot of time doing it, and right when I got to the payments section (the monthly payment), there's a checkbox at the bottom which says I agree that this is an annual contract. They don't offer monthly pricing anymore, but they don't tell you that until right at the point where you've invested so much time into setting up everything under the free trial.

That's the last time I'll be using Homerun. What a shame. Otherwise, the product is really good.

They deleted my whole account which we'd been using for years without notice and still charged me, so disappointing.

Careful, they have a major lock-in for companies that don't hire frequently: you can't deactivate your account or switch to a free plan when you don't have vacancies. Instead, after canceling they will DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. Yes really, after putting a lot of effort into setting everything up, they will just throw it in the trash can if you don't want to pay €89/month just to keep them from deleting your account...

And they actually REMOVED this option of deactivating, so this lockin was added completely on purpose.

Wow, I'm amazed about how shameless this lockin is.

People seems to post the job when after you spend 10£ try to contact the client some they wont even answear your phone Call wich is not nice! NUMBER OF THOSE PEOPLE LOOKS LIKE ARE INCORECT! People are not Serious when posting those Job! This service looks like Tottaly a SCAM

Homerun.ro is Scam company,from 11 potential clients ,we did no job. Fake job offers,incorrect phone numbers,people never answer to phone calls or to messages.

I received numerous calls from “decorators” apparently they pay this company for your phone number, I NEVER CONTACTED THIS COMPANY SO WHERE DID THEY GET MY NUMBER FROM!!!! 🤬

Homerun is a very intuitive tool that is a great help for all companies that are looking for a easy to use and good looking jobsite/ATS. The great support you get from the Homerun team is definitely a big plus.

It gives me a clear overview of candidates and visualizes the proces in a nice flow.

I would recommend this!

Looks like a scam to me. Beware.

This was the first time I'd ever put together a job posting for my own business and I'm so glad I chose Homerun. I had interacted with their platform a little bit a few years ago when I was applying for jobs in Amsterdam.

I first started to put together my own hiring page in Webflow, and I am really glad I used Homerun instead. I was looking on their site for language suggestions on how to organize the information in my job posting. It was so easy to put together the entire job posting and also an application form without even having to add a credit card first. Now that the applications are rolling in, it is really helpful to have a platform to manage them as well.

Great design, easy to use, helpful applicant tracking, and set up without paying first.

10/10 would use Homerun again in the future.
