Easy to book, though I had issues with the website not recognising my address.
Discussed job (changing taps) via photos on mobile phone. Plumber arrived promptly, did the job, identified another leak from the waste, and fixed it, cleared up. Came back the next day to fix another issue (sticking ball cock), which needed a spare part.
Very happy customer, happy to pay a JL premium to deal with a knowledgeable, prompt, punctual and efficient tradesman.

Impressed...easy booking including time slot options. On time, did job, cleared up.

It was easy to find a heating engineer to service my boiler. Booking, too, was easy with lots of choice of dates and options of individual's availability. The estimated price was competitive. The booked engineer turned up as booked and was very willing and helpful. I have no reason to believe - just having had the service done - that he is anything other than quick and thorough. Time, of course, will tell. I thoroughly recommend the Home Solutions system.

We’ve used this app twice for plumbing fixes and Raffa has provided an excellent service, explaining exactly what the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it. The app is easy to use and you know you can get a qualified and verified professional out on a day of your choice without wondering if they are going to turn up or not. Would recommend.

We have used Craig the Electrican twice now to fit new light fittings for us .
Craig is polite, on time and leaves the premises clean and tidy .

I was delighted with the work Owen did in my garden. Various Hedges trimmed, ivy and bramble ripped out and the Arch was thinned out and shaped to perfection. Thank you Owen.

I booked Julian the carpenter through John Lewis Home Solutions. There was a bit of confusion on John Lewis's part as to when Julian would do the (very simple) job. In the end, Julian turned up at the time I had agreed and he did a good job.

Quoted over twice the price of another local tradesperson I have used before.

A very quick process from booking on the website, to arranging an available date, to the service being completed. The engineer Tim was extremely efficient, knowledgable and polite. I will definitely use this website again to book.

Booked a boiler service through John Lewis Home Solutions on Monday afternoon, John from Baker Smith called a few hours later to confirm, very friendly and professional and happily answered any questions I had.
A day later my boiler service has been completed, John #2 was also great, arrived exactly within the confirmed time, very polite and friendly, and got the job done efficiently without any mess or disruption!

Delighted to have come across a wonderfully helpful and friendly local company, will be sure to use you again in the future!

£ 123 is probably the amount that you have to pay nowadays, however as some plants were removed in error and the grass was not cut, the job was not entirely completed or satisfactory.

I had a leaky boiler which was dealt with by Alex from Grand union plumbing and heating. Super polite and honest gentleman who always kept me informed during this process. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone with gas plumbing needs.

Quite disgusted that the people employed are nothing to do with John Lewis
It's just a glorified my builder at extartionate costs.
