Hon Car Service

I first used this company through an intermediary ServicingStop to book a service for my BMW 520d at the end of 2023. It was farmed out to this company in the Southampton area where I live. The original quote was from £141. I ended up paying £508 plus they were quoting in excess of £680 to do the brakes. They didn’t even cure the bad engine misfire on acceleration. I had vowed never to use these people again but in the new year Hon service said they would halve the price for the brakes to £342 if I dealt directly with them. They kept the car for four days claiming the wheel nuts were stuck and they had to use welding gear on them. They then invoiced me £679 saying this was the extra time involved. Absolute nonsense! In the end we settled on £600 just to get the car back. Whilst the car was with them, on both occasions, the dash cam was disconnected and the trip mileage was zeroed. Why would they do that?!! I would never trust a vehicle with this bunch again.
