I have ordered the xiaomi f1 pocophone & redmi 6 pro, and both working great, sealed, everything was fine, shipping was like 2 days to my hause with is really fast - fast support, amazing team. I would recommend them!

Just tip: the people who have problems like cracked screen, repairing, etc... are just "ID"OTS . Why you guys didn't care about your phone? Just blaming a company with your fault. Shame on you.

super friendly and fast support

I ordered a mobile and got after a few hours an information, that it will take even longer but i could choose another mobile which is more common for europe and will be shipped directly from europe.
I decided to get another phone and could cancel my order without any problem and got my money back after one more day.

I will try again next time, maybe they can offer me than a better price than the competitors.

Problems update of MIUI with items from Honorbuy

I have bought two Xiaomi items from Honorbuy, one Mi5 and now a Mi Pad 4 and it seems that both have not original MIUI from Xiaomi. That means that you cannot update via OTA. Very bad! I can't recommend to buy from Honorbuy because of this problem!

Dear customer, there are two options in our shop for the Mi Pad 4, the one with the original ROM (only Chinese and and English languages) and the one with multilanguage which doesn't support OTA updates. In the product page it is written "Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 supports multi languages, without OTA update support." to inform our customers about the difference. You chose to order this product instead of the one with the original ROM, maybe you did a mistake, I'm sorry about that.
It was a similar situation with the Mi 5 around 2 years ago, at the time customers were asking for multiple languages so we gave them the option to choose the custom ROM.
If you want you can flash the official ROM which supports the OTA updates, just contact us by email at aftersale@honorbuy.com

Is the repair service of Honorbuy trustworthy??

Suggested by Honorbuy support staff I have sent on 8th August my Xiaomi Mi 5i Pro phone for a minor repair to Shenzhen City, China.
From e-mails I understand no repairs have been done. I have asked a couple times, by email and phone to return the phone to me anyhow.
No result so far. I fear I lost an expensive phone.
Is the repair service of Honorbuy trust worthy?

I ordered a Xiaomi Poco F1 from Honor…

I ordered a Xiaomi Poco F1 from Honor buy EU warehouse. Phone arrived as described, very fast ordered on Saturday got it on Wednesday delivered to Ireland. Very well packaged, best packaging I've ever had on a phone.
They had it wrapped in this special air pocket which ment even the box was perfect (no damaged corners)and gave me great confidence that nothing would be damaged with the phone.( Some company's just put phone in jiffy bag with zero protection) All duties taxes etc were included in the price as it was shipped from EU.
The only minus I'd give honor buy is their communication isn't great don't expect quick replys to emails so should something go wrong this could be frustrating.
Other than that I'd highly recommend purchasing from them based on my experience. By the way Poco F1 is an absolutely amazing phone! Love it!

Only good experiences so far

Over the past few years I've ordered several xiaomi phones and some accessoires. Delivery (to the Netherlands) is always quick and accurate. I've ordered a phone yesterday and it was delivered (from Italy) within 24hrs after ordering.
Never had any experience with warranties so don't know about that.

and repair parts like lcd is with lowes quality !
I'v buyed lcd for my (redmi note 5 broked in car accident) an lcd was faulty ! Honobuy refuse to refund me or send a new one ,
also buyed le max2 with faulty charge cabel, honorbuy refuse send me new one
worst after sale service and worthless warranty !

Hi, we are sorry about your issue, we can replace your LCD or refund you only after we test it and prove it has not been damaged. You can also send the phone to our EU warehouse, it will be cheaper and faster for you, my colleagues will send you an email with more details.

Worst Customer Support I ever had. Constant lies, 5 months waiting for a repair.

I bought a phone NUbia Z17 lite in April, and when I opened it I noticed a very samll crack (1mm ) on the top left. That didn't bothered much but 1 week after use the speaker stopped working properly. I sent it back to repair under warranty, as specified by them. They only received the phone 2 weeks (so they said) after i Sent it.. They didn't want to assume the scrren problema, even tough the phone had only been opened for 2 weeks. I accepted to pay 25 dolars for them to send the phone to China for repairs. After that, and after sendind and receiving more then 30 or 40 emails asking for the phone. I still haven't received it. 5 months have passed. The last email they sent was that the phone was August 27th saying the phone would be repaired within one week. That was more then a month ago...

Lots of gotcha's when buying from honorbuy! - Beware!

Pros:
- Goods arrived quickly

Cons:
- Phone was faulty - clearly not a new device as box was marked and not shrink wrapped - honorbuy disputed this.
- Only recourse was to send phone to china for repairs at my expense. THonorbuy don't accept major couriers (e.g. dhl) which are the lowest cost, so they do not have to pay import duties, instead you have to use minor shipping companies which charge typically 50% more.
- Customer services do not manage expectations, and if you have issues in Feb, expect works delays due to china holiday breaks.
- After a month... phone was returned working.

Overall customer service is really poor, and there appers to be only 1 person.

Beware before buying...

Deart customer, the device you bought from us is 100% orignal and it was new when you received it. The box was opened because we test the phones and we install Google Play Store and a multilanguage ROM in the phones (Chinese version) before sending them to our customers. This is our normal procedure, our customers ask for these things so we install this software in the devices by default.
About the reparation, we ask ouor customers to ship the devices back to us with the normal post to avoid customs controls, using DHL and other express couriers the packages are blocked in the customs offices, it's more complicated, expensive and it takes longer to clear the customs controls. Both shipment and reparation need some time, we try to solve the issues as soon as possible but you need to be a little patient, we are sorry about it.

Good and cheap products, but bad and slow service

Filled in a complaint about my current phone begin stuck in bootloop multiple times, and that it's not viable for me. Been 9 days now, and no respons other than the standard mail showing that they received it.
