Fabulous customer service!

I love the high quality of their beautiful wood furniture and have been a returning customer for many years. Each piece I purchased is stunning and unique. The showrooms are huge and you are free to browse and sit on the vast selections of sofas, chairs, and recliners to test if they are the comfort and size you're looking for. There is no pressure at all from the
customer service staff. They have always been so helpful and happy to answer any questions or show you where to find the styles you want. The free consultations offered were particularly valuable in picking from the vast selection of textures and colors from their samples.

We did have an issue with the delivery, but Nick resolved it for us promptly.

We’ve been looking for a hutch to use a a pantry, microwave cart, wine storage, and display case all in one. We shopped online, then visited the store. There wasn’t anything on the floor that matched everything we wanted. Hoot Judkins listened, sketched, fabricated and delivered. It’s made of solid oak, and the craftsmanship is superb. It exceeded our expectations. We’re quite happy with the whole experience.
It takes a few weeks but it’s exactly what we discussed.
It’s just perfect for the space in our kitchen and also very pretty to look at.

Large showroom, all top quality. Salesperson assisted on matching up two pieces.
Delivery what a challenge living upstairs, the delivery guys did an amazing job.

Very bad shipping company, took way too long (2months late) to get our desk then the desk was damaged in shipping. Now has been 2 more months still have not gotten replacement. they continue to use the same shipping company!

Excellent experience over all. The showroom is well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. When calling to make a change to my order, there was someone to take my call and help me with advice and photos of paint chips. It is hard to find brick-and-mortar stores in general, but one that knows their business is almost impossible to find. Hoot Judkin is this rare find.
