Good service, everything works, nothing bad.
Just great!

I have taken Shared hosting account from HostDoc with NVMe, DDR 4 RAM and fast CPU. They have given 2 GB RAM for the Wordpress, it was working very fast and consistent with performance. They support staff and chat service is top quality, respond to tickets fast and reliable manner, they know their stuff. They also migrated my Wordpress hosting from other provider to HostDoc, helped me in every aspect without loosing data, site. At the end, my site is performance 4-5 times faster than older host, I am more than happy with HostDoc.After I add total cache, CDN, the site received 90% score in Google site speed score. I am happy with their backup solutions as well, every day site backup, every week offsite backup, you can have custom backup solutions as well.

Signed up in January and have had nothing but a pleasurable experience. They eventually released their VPS range and invited customers to try free. I have many VPS and jumped at the offer. Great service, excellent performance and support is always available. They once migrated servers with no downtime or customer intervention?? Wow. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact that maybe once every 2 months we experience a 2-10 minute downtime.

The reason for this review, is simple, Hostdoc have absolutely left me astounded and deserve full recognition for their services.

i was looking for a host company that could help me expand through south East asia and Australia, however my specifications were quite demanding i came to find. Most Hosts could only meet half the specifications i required, the nearest one i found was pretty good, however the price for it was a bit high, so i thought. I started doing side by side comaprisons to see if i can find the best offering packages and make my decision on who to join then.
without naming the company due to this not being a review on them but can say it is very well know i settled with one in which i was paying just over £27 for it. It fell short on the price and bandwidth.
for 2 weeks i used them when by chance i happened to see someone speak highly of their support staff. checking out their site and offers i found their reseller program was just what i was looking for and at great value. Their reseller plans make perfect sense and the price, it was a no brainer, i stumbled upon them due to a review on their support and found exactly what took me a month almost to do prior to that.
i am now with them and have had which i must admit to and found frutrating, 1 down time experience with them. What frustrated me was the dealine i was trying to meet being cut really short. However they managed to fix the issue with 7minutes of it coming up. I felt ad for the irritated ticket i sent after just 4minutes of down time.
hostdoc support is great, always responsive and it would seem their claim for 24hr support service is accurate. I have been able to get in contact with a member of staff each time i put in a request or question on live chat.

by far the best reseller packages in the net that i have come across. i would highly reommend their service and have already introduced some friends to them.

Theyre a new hosting provider so i am still on alert, but for what it seems so far HostDoc is here to stay and striving hard to give an excellent customer service to their clients and making pakages available at market breaking prices.
