That is S**T, I pay a monthly fee but you don't even have Apple Pay, cuz ICA doesn't want to pay Apple money.

Ica Bank discriminates based on nationality ! My phone got broken therefore I needed a new Bank ID. However they will not give me one (if not bank id, basically you can not live in Sweden), because I need Swedish passport or National ID card, otherwise they can not know if I am a real person with real id. Despite I live in Sweden, I am not citizen therefore I ve no Swedish passport. I should be given an alternative ways to prove my id ( which I ve done this years ago and got an Bank ID from them), however now "they do not want to recognise me anymore, despite I ve been customers of their for several years and try to explain how this new policy leads to suffering for people. They say they understand but can not do anything. Now I ve to struggle again and move all my bank accounts, autogiro and other info to another bank which will take so much energy and time. That s a big shame and as a society we should together stand against such discriminations and condemn every organisation that allows discrimination.

Based on this previous comment as above, Ica banken has answered as this is Bank ID s policy not theirs, now I want to point att important details you are again missing to address. First of all thanks for answer Aron from IcaBanken!

NOW Yes as you said "only" some of your services can be used through other identifying devices such as personlig dosa, YET, it s very limited functions and definitely doesn't help you with other societal funktions that are needed to survive in this country! (Bank id used by thousands of companies and authorities, including housing system)

a) if you can identify that I am real person (which you did and gave bank id earlier), why not any longer claim that I am real person and contunie to provide this service which I fully pay for?

b) if you can not guarantee full services to everyone, why do you sell it to everyone. Or you sold full services to me and then took away a very important one ?

c) I also send in a complain to discirminationombud both about you/ica and bank id. And I think this should be one of main act from Ica side as this new policy discirminates some of their customers.

d) Other banks can provide bank id (if one meet them in person- even this controversial but at least gives alternative to people instead of suffering), as a giant corporation, how come Ica Bank can not at least provide offices in major cities to reduce such problems and shows it good intention ?

e) independent either you are a state. authority or a simple company or cooperative or individ, you need to follow ethical frame works, the state's value grund which some of them threaten by actors like you through discrimination and exclusion.

So please stop telling me that you understand me with a rhetoric absolutely missing all those aspects I described above. And stop telling me how can help you without touching those questions because it does not sound genuine only creates more frustration.

Be very very carefully this bank is the worst customer service in the entire country. Well god luck I am not convinced that theu even exist any customer service after being customer 2.5 years I still never manage to ever talk to anyone there and yet again waste 17 min and 41 seconds listening to a moron machine that keeps telling me Du är nr 1, vänt till det blir din tur?????
And it just never happens. There are is no customer service Ica Banken they do not exist. Confirmed and confirmed 14 times now.
Secondly DO NOT make loan here a loan with a fast ränte is what it will state on their offer but that is all lies. It will go up each month unfortunately I didn't realise it before I ended up paying over 1200 more each month than original agreed and what is in the contract we talk over a kvarter million loan with a 12% intrest????????

Everything is quite good to me so far. Good choice for student like me. Better support service than in Swedbank :)

Worst of the worst! I don’t know how some people like their service and robotic behavior! I’ve never experienced a bank worse than this sh**! Never got my questions answered once I started to work less making less money they threaten to close my account since they believe I launder money or something crazy! Just very disgusting behavior and extremely bad service

Horrible experience with customer service. Day light robbery when paying out a loan. Worst bank in Sweden.
Stay away from ICA banken is my honest advice to anyone.
If possible i would give -10 rating instead of +1.

Upplevde bra service

The process went very smooth barely took 1 day to approve my loan and then transferred it to a loan account in another bank within 2-3 working days. I would love to try other banking services from ICA and see how it goes. As of now, Everything looks good!

A very bad bank in all aspects,
They are hustler, and it seems they have hired humans robots to answer the costumers, they always answer a different question.
I Will never interact with ICA products again.

Got me in on good offers during my time as a student in Sweden and free cash withdrawals while travelling. Then they changed bonus system at ICA stores which made it hard for me as a single household to earn any bonus at all.

Kept my card in my wallet for years for some reasons and discovered they had "taken" a lot of money for card fees even if they must have known that I wasn't using the card. However they didn't call me or texting me to cancel my card. In the end I got those serious letters saying I was owing them money and that I must send it in same month.

I managed to make them closing my debit card with help from a relative. I wrote a complain message but they never answered me and seem to have removed the conversation we had at their homepage.

I now also try to avoid Apotek Hjärtat and ICA Grocery store since I don't want to support ICA's way of doing business. I would never recommend this bank to anyone!
