We actually use quite a few of IconicWP's plugins and they've always worked great. In the few times that we've had any problems, Iconic's team of developers have always had an extremely fast response and went above and beyond to find solutions for us.

Noticed a website had a very nice product image engine and realized they were using WooThumbs for all their functionality. Looked them up and tried it, really impressed with the plugin. Ticks all the boxes. Fast, powerful, feature-loaded, great support. The customer support team is super responsive. Iconic will be my go-to plugin devs for future requirements. Top tier stuff.

I downloaded their plugin while it was on Envato and really loved it back then. They have since improved on their plugins. I really only needed one specific plugin to help drive more engagement to my product pages but ultimately decided to get their bundle. We run multiple sites and stores so it’s nice to have one plugin we can count on to help drive (and increase) our ecommerce sales. While not necessarily needed much, they do have good support and get back to you right away during their business hours.

We have used Iconic Delivery Slot Plug-in for about half a year now, everything works as it should and well.

We recently run into an issue where we needed to block out certain slots after a certain time.

I contacted support and they very quickly were able to create a code snippet that solved our problem. This was at no extra charge which I am impressed with.

Excellent! WooThumbs by Iconic did just what we wanted, allowed videos to be added to WooComerce products on a client website. The support team (Jhimross) was superb in helping with the custom CSS we required to style the gallery. Highly recommended.

Fantastic plugin and best support
I bought a few weeks ago 2 plugins from Iconic, Attribute Swatches en Single Variations. After installing the plugin I discovered some small issues (caused from our side) what made that we couldn't use the plugin as we wanted.
After contacting support, after less then one day, I had my customized code and the option was included in the next update! This is an example for many other plugin developpers.

Their checkout plugin really transforms woocommerce and with a few settings tweaks conversion rate can jump up.

Nice plugin, well coded and incredible support.

James Kemp and his team at IonicWP are amazing. He's always quick to respond to issues with his WordPress plugins and takes great care of all users. You won't find better-built plugins, more personal support, or generally better people in all the WordPress world than at Ionic.

If you've found an Ionic WordPress plugin that seems to fit your needs, but are unsure, don't hesitate! Just jump right in. From my experience using their plugins and interacting with them, you can confidently know that you'll get a solid product that does what it claims to do, plus amazing support, and even timely updates and new features.

IconicWP always has rapid response times (under 16 hours any time I've contacted them) and offers friendly service that's also clear and helpful. They even diagnosed a particular issue I was having with their Product Swatches plugin and sent me a patched version in under 30 hours from the initial ticket.

I really appreciate Iconic approach during implementation. Even that we did not implement any of their plugins (we have our own really heavy customized template with woocommerce), they were ready to help us. In the end, we ask for refund and there was no problem at all! Really appreciate it. That's how the support should look like with premium plugins on Wordpress. Thank you James Kemp!
