iHosts3 Services

I use the services of iHosts3 for 5 months now and I have 0 complains about it, we currently have 7 servers of cs and 1 of teamspeak, there is no downtime or lag with any server.

Host is slow and unreliable

I have purchased a couple of Game Servers and they are highly unstable. The gamepanel that I need to use to configure the servers is slow and going down constantly. The panel in use is TCAdmin which is slow and old. Every page takes up to 2 mins to load and sometimes it cannot load

Really bad user experience.

É com grande perplexidade que lemos a sua critica.
Descordamos consigo quando diz que o TCAdmin é um software bastante antigo. É um painel que conta já com vários anos de experiência na área de hosting gameservers e é um dos paineis mais usados a nível mundial, não se compara a muitos paineis usados a nível mundial, pois consegue se necessário receber mais que uma atualização mensal o que nada tem a ver se o mesmo é velho ou não.

Ainda assim somos apologistas de querer melhorar o nosso trabalho, e não é de todo o seu interesse ajudar-nos a fazê-lo, pois desde que tem o seu serviço (menos de uma semana) perdeu 2 minutos a fazer uma critica sem ter aberto um único ticket no nosso site de maneira ajuda-lo a resolver os problemas que enfrenta.

Posto isto convidamos todos os interessados a experimentar os nossos serviços de maneira a contribuir para o nosso crescimento.

Hosted my TeamSpeak 3 Server for 4 months.
Affordable price, good quality. DDoS protection & good geo-location.
Went out of their way to provide technical assistance. A few minor flaws, but highly recommend.
