It's too soon to know the full service…

It's too soon to know the full service but so far it looks like a great trip coming up to Paris!
The site works well and they have the exact vehicle we're looking forward to seeing the unusual sites of the region.

Quite easy to book and prices are really good. Also quite surprised that there is no charge for the airport transfer. Really looking forward for the trip in Scotland. Highly satisfied so far ...

Amazing service!

(Venice Marcon depot). Check-in and check-out experience was amazing. Stefano was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything about the van.
Gave us advice for the best supermarket and some travel tips for the cities.
Nomad Van was very well equipped with bedding and kitchen supplies etc. Got a little less mileage than mentioned but still very economical Fiat van. Van drove smooth, clutch was perfect. Easy to maneuver around, not too big.

Cons:
-The gas cooking is weak if using both elements at once.
-The kit doesn't come with any towels at all.
- Didn't come with decent eating bowls, a collender for pasta, sugar, salt/pepper etc.
- Hot water is hard to understand. No instructions about how it works and how long it takes to heat etc. Definitely ask about it!

Overall a good experience and value for money! Highly recommended company.

A disaster!!!

A disaster!!!! we paid unlimited internet for 20 days and at the second day without even watching a movie we didn't have anymore, we pay for gps, and it didn't work also, the motorhome was totally dirty when they gave ir to us, the gas was empty and they didn't told us that we needed to buy an extra gas before moving to other county because aftet that we won't find the same one, a to make it work we had to break the sistem vuy a different gas, and day par for repairing the gas sistem, so.. We had to handle it the rest 14 days with a motorhome without kitchen und hot water, we didn't got any refund, of course, i definitely not recommend this company, i had some others troubles but that is enough for the moment.

Very nice experience overall.

At check in van was there nice and clean ready for us. Andrej explained me in all details all the burocratic part and in details all the features of the camper, making it very easy and enjoyable.

Returned the camper at 6pm on a Sunday and he was again there smiling waiting for me.

I would definetely recommend and do this expiriemce again

Almost perfect experience

Almost perfect experience. There were minor problems during our three weeks journey, but they did not affect the global travel and those that could be fixed by Indie were soon corrected. Great!!

CAREFULL with Indie Campers

CAREFULL with Indie Campers, they rent us a Atlas model for 2 months, from January 3 to March 1st 2020.

Quickly after we start the use of the Camper, a
water filtration at the kictchen start happens so after 20 days, on the way to Cortina D Ampezzo in Italy we stop at their Milano warehouse, where after trying to fix the problem, they had to change us for a new Camper, same model, same year....

After we fill the water tank in Venezzia, we figure it filtrated and get full empty during the night time....We call them, send images, they offers us all sort of solutions, but never one that fix in fact the problem, they want us ride 100s kilometers in our cost to solve THEIR problem. He had to leave with this problem the entire vacations in the ski area at Meribel, using camping facilities but NOT what we lease, a CAMPER VAN with water tank.

They where totally an-efficient, they follow a lot the whatApps, but NEVER fix and went all the way to the really problem: FIXING THE FILTERING tubes that make the Campers be un-water use.....

Please see other alternatives, as honestly they chat chat a lot but do never fix and support their technical problems...and this was their low season, imagine during the summer high season..?
