I've now used In-floor a few times and…

I've now used In-floor a few times and thought it was second to none. I'm surprised to see any poor reviews online although I suspect this was when they were under different management. I bought a luxury vinyl for my kitchen and the product I chose was very competitively priced and the fitting was fabulous. I've also been back for carpet for my stairs and upstairs hall. Highly recommend.

Rip off and over friendly

We needed some more wooden flooring due to another flood at home. I ask my wife to check the prices online and then call them.

Things you should know

1: they quote prices ex VAT so add 20% on to everything
2: The shop manager will be your best pal. It does not matter how busy you are or how you try and ignore him . this guy will act like your long lost brother. Creepy!

TIP . Be prepared to be direct and tell him you dont care if he has seen you before, you really dont want to know his life story and ignore him.

Note this might not be the case in all shops to be fair but then remember the VAT trick!
