International Plus 

I was very well looked after from the time I arrived in Istanbul to the time I left. I was picked from the hotel and dropped every time I visited the dentist.

I’m so pleased with the aftercare and results of my teeth! They look beautiful. The aftercare team have been there for throughout this whole process! The service is exceptional and the results are gorgeous! I love my smile!

I had a very mixed and ultimately disappointing experience with International Plus Dental.
Let me start by giving full credit to Lisa, the sales agent, who was incredibly polite, empathetic, and supportive throughout the entire process. She is an asset to the company and truly deserves recognition for her hard work and professionalism.
My first visit to the clinic was good. I had my implants placed and I explained clearly that I initially wanted veneers on my remaining natural teeth. I was told veneers are not very durable and are not guaranteed long-term, so I agreed to have crowns on the front teeth instead. I asked for individual crowns, but they insisted it would be better to connect them in pairs, saying individual ones could move or crack more easily. So I agreed.
Six months later, I returned to the clinic for the final work. This time I was treated by Dr. Ziya Aktaş, and the experience was extremely negative. He was irritable and rough, both with the assistant and with me. The anaesthetic injections were very painful, done in a hurry without any gentleness – it felt like he was stabbing the roof of my mouth. I asked him during the third appointment if he could be more gentle, and he was – but only briefly, before returning to the same harsh treatment.
I raised my concerns with Ivan (my translator) and Lisa, but nothing changed. They praised the doctor claiming he had to be that rough( not with the injections!!!) and my complaints were dismissed.
When the crowns arrived, they were not made in pairs as we agreed but in blocks of 5 or 6 teeth. I was told this was now necessary for stability – a complete contradiction to what was originally promised. I felt misled and sold something I didn’t agree to.
Now, more than a year after the initial procedure, I can honestly say that the overall experience was unpleasant:
• The teeth are too large and look unnatural, the affect my gums which are bleeding constantly.
• The bridge on the upper and lower right side does not fit well – there’s a gap between the gum and the crowns, and food gets trapped constantly and lately it makes a sucking noise when I speak as my cheek gets sucked in.
• One of the molars in the bridge cracked and a corner broke off while eating an apple (nothing too hard).
• The front teeth are bulky and tear food instead of cutting through it.
• A part of the upper crown broke off near the gum, revealing the dark metal of the implant screw ( I have no idea how it could have broken there)
• More recently, a piece of my lower front tooth chipped off while grinding my teeth.
When I contacted them about these issues, I was told I would need to return to Turkey at my own expense and stay for at least a week. Before I agreed to this treatment, I was told that if anything went wrong, the issues could be fixed in the UK and they would cover the costs. This turned out to be false. Once they have your money, they no longer take responsibility.
In summary, if I could go back in time, I would not choose this clinic again. I felt valued only until I paid. After that, I was left with pain, discomfort, and broken promises.

My name is Dzmitry Tarasenia and I underwent treatment at this clinic in April: I had 2 zygomatic implants and 4 implants on the upper jaw, as well as implants on the lower jaw. The operation was complicated and serious, I paid a large sum and counted on professionalism and transparency. Unfortunately, everything turned out differently.

I still haven’t been given passports for the implants. I don’t know what kind of implants I have, what brand, model, or size they are. Every time I asked for them, they just “feed me empty promises”. When I was flying out, they again promised to “give them out later”, but several months have passed and nothing has changed. And now they tell me: “Do whatever you want – we won’t give them back” until you come and get crowns done with us!! I know they will say that this is a lie, but it’s the honest truth!!! If they are so impudent, why should I keep quiet!?

I feel like a hostage. I can't go to another doctor because no specialist will take responsibility without a passport. And I don't even know what's inside me. This is my body, my responsibility, and I have no right to information - it's just awful.

Moreover, the clinic insisted that I come back in 4 months and get crowns. I consulted other reputable clinics - and they all told me in one voice: in my case, crowns can't be put on so early. You need to wait at least 6 months due to the peculiarities of the bone and the complexity of the intervention. But this clinic doesn't care - they are in a hurry to finish the job, not caring about the consequences.

I don't trust them anymore. Not because of the mistake - everyone can make mistakes. But because of the lack of honesty and respect for the patient.
If you value your health and your nerves - stay away!!!!!!!!

Me and my partner came from England to this wonderful dentist , from first of all speaking with eddy who told us prices , made sure we had the most beautiful place to stay to giving us things to do , being there through any time of the day on the phone to answer any questions and sort out any queries or questions we had he is amazing supports you your whole trip. We also had the translater called hisam and he made sure we was given the best service possible , he made sure we understood every step that was needed and broke down every single thing for us !. All the staff in the dentist are all lovely people all make you feel comfortable and welcome nothing was to big or to small for them anything you wanted they would do there upmost to accommodate we both had amazing dentists and have both come away with beautiful brand new teeth with no pain at all. Thanks so much again will recommend anyone to use these guys.

The staff involved throughout the process were clearly very well trained and competent. Cem the surgeon was highly knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment and recommendations that the end results were exactly as had been hoped for. Mohammed the translator went above and beyond in every aspect, he is cool, calm and collected in tense situations, and seems to have the knowledge of a fully qualified doctor, he is clearly a highly competent medical professional and is a credit to International Plus.

For the most part they provided exceptional care and advice throughout, however there were a few negative moments such as lack of clear communication from the medical advisor, we had a bit of an emergency on a Sunday morning and could not get hold of anyone, I think emergency contacts should be better communicated, also a young male overnight nurse was intentionally disruptive and showed little care during the final night of the hospital stay however we reported this and the incident was taken seriously and handled.

Overall the staff have been exceptional, but the work we came for and the results are exactly as expected. I highly recommend this company.

very happy whit Internationl Plus ! After few month my mouth feel so good and my teeth look so natural ! The clinic was very clean and advance and the staff was the best too !!

I’ve had an amazing experience! This is coming from someone who was petrified of dentists. This is my honest experience. From start to finish I was.amazed. First of all speaking to Thomas Wood my dental advisor, he was so reassuring, he really helped with my decision making to take that leap of faith, to go for it, and go with International Plus.
When I entered the clinic I was quite scared of the unknown however, my Coordinator Hisham reassured me all the way, his presence was a great comfort. Wonderful doctors removed my teeth and installed my implants (wish I had their names) they were fantastic.I had some discomfort, but no pain.
Fast forward to 2nd visit, I was greeted by Hisham and introduced to the amazing Dr Shehrazat and the amazing nurse Ella, this duet is a force to reckon with. How they work together, and how meticulous they are, they leave no stone unturned, they are fabulous girls. And of course in between all these of my treatment there was my aftercare specialist Peit who was at the end of my phone anytime I needed him, his gentle approach is healing in itself.
And not forgetting last but not least, all the radiographers, photographers and, front of house staff, domestics, and drivers who took me to and from my appointments, I cannot thank you enough.

I heard about international plus from one of the students I go university at London, I was a bit scared but she gave my number to international plus, and almost immediately Nina from international plus contacted me. We started chatting and I explained to her my teeth situation and what I want. She was very helpful and provided me with all the information i need. Any issues that came along, Nina was very quick to act and resolve those, very professional.

Special thanks to Robert too, he was coordinator responsible for drivers. I got picked up from the airport and delivered to hotel, and from hotel to the clinic each day.

Also a big thank you to my doctors Dr Kerem Kaya, Atakan Zogo, and especially Sukru Nadi Dogan. Amazing team and everyone did a great job ❤️

My experience with this hair transplant clinic was absolutely disastrous. From the very beginning, the explanations were vague and unclear, leaving me with more questions than answers. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked professionalism, which immediately shook my confidence.

The transportation arrangements were a nightmare — chaotic taxi rides with no clear communication or coordination. It felt like everything was improvised and rushed, rather than planned with patient comfort in mind.

There was a complete lack of proper follow-up and support, and at no point did I feel truly taken care of. This clinic is far from trustworthy, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Stay away.

Halil and Esma was the most good stuff that I met and I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
And Dr Cem than a great job on my body so am happy with the results..

From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Eric, who handled my case, was incredibly kind and professional—he always responded to my concerns promptly and was available whenever I had any questions, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Nidal, the translator, was always by my side to explain the process and did a fantastic job throughout. The doctors are highly professional and delivered exceptional results that I’m genuinely thrilled with. I couldn’t be happier. I just got an answer from International Plus clinic after my 1 star review! They say that they can't find client with my name!!! I have all implant certificates, reference numbers, paid invoices all documents on my hands!
By the way, they give the same answer for all bad reviews, I just checked. So, people, avoid this clinic! If you don't want to be fooled and robbed for a poor job they provide.

I came to international plus for a mummy makeover over and I have to say the place is is amazing from start with my co-ordinator Nora to Robert the transport manager my surgeon Dr cem & also my hospital co-ordinator Halil you are all angels and I'm grateful for everything yous have done for me from start to finish ❣️ very highly recommended X

2024.04.11. I went to them with the utmost confidence but unfortunately things did not turn out as they should have.
I received 11 implants, five with bone grafting.
The procedure went smoothly, they asked for more money as agreed, but that is irrelevant.
What is irrelevant is that I also had temporary teeth that I received, but 2 days after my trip home, they broke one by one, their bonding came loose.
However, I did it as intended and according to the diet they used.
The refuses to accept me, even after several attempts. So I am thinking about whether I should choose them for further procedures or start a completely new path. I am sorry that this happened.

My entire trip from London to Istanbul was perfectly organized thanks to Zach, my advisor. He is an incredibly professional and well-organized person who took care of every single detail. I chose International Plus Clinic only because of him ❤️ — and it turned out to be the best decision!
From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free — airport transfers, hotel arrangements, and clinic visits were all handled perfectly. I stayed at LaQuinta by Wyndham, and I was extremely satisfied with the comfort, service, and great location.
At the clinic, I was treated by Dr. Mehmet — an outstanding, gentle, and highly skilled specialist. The final result: stunning zirconia crowns!
Throughout my visits, I was supported by the lovely translator Tuana, whose kindness and warmth made me feel fully understood and comfortable at all times.
And a special thank you also goes to the wonderful dental assistant (unfortunately I don’t know her name) — her kindness and care did not go unnoticed.
