Shoddy workmanship
After purchasing one of their houses, found a hole in the floor where there should be concrete, instead filled with stones, when we lifted the carpet to have wooden flooring fitted. Turns out there was one in the living room previously too.
Upon contact refused to accept responsibility by saying they sold it to a different company name - despite the fact they were all the same directors - and then lied about being a director of the company it was sold to. Then the builder said he resigned but was still a director for 2 years after the first hole was found and went to fill it. But apparently he had nothing to do with it. Hmmm.
Who knows how many more issues we will find! Shoddy workmanship and shocking lies to avoid taking responsibility.
