1. Missing items
2. Not checking prescription changes
3. Delivery later and later ive now run out of my heart meds! No sign or answer from ipill about a delivery!
4. Lack of communication - ive emailed them 5 times and no reply! On the email address they asked me to use!

This company is so bad - it seems to be a good idea to sort patient's medication into pouches but they are so disorganised and almost impossible to contact - they don't reply to emails and won't answer the phones.

Had to keep chasing to see if my medication has been dispatched and now told that it is unavailable. There was no call to tell me this.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service.
I regret hugely ever letting this pharmacy handle my life-dependent prescriptions. The first few times it worked well, except for their ridiculous monthly email reminder that "They have tried". Apparently they have tried to contact me to remind me my prescription is due - they haven't, so a bizarre way to remind you. But over the last few months the service has gone completely downhill. I have been waiting for over 2 months for one item, and when I finally spoke to someone they said "it was out of stock" but they would send it out. I tried again a few weeks later and got the same reply. I am still waiting. Now my regular prescription is nearly a month over-due delivery, and I still get their email telling me "They have tried" ... Good grief!
I could mention many other bad experiences with them, all similar to the previous feedback left by others, but I won't. Just to say, whatever you do, AVOID THIS SERVICE. Do anything else, just don't use even bother trying this. Any convenience you think you may gain is soon lost in many other ways.

been with ipill for several months, usually get my prescription on time but haven’t received any medication now for 2 months. luckily i had some spare medication and gave them the benefit of the doubt as i assumed my delivery got delayed. but now its been far too long and ive ran out of meds, which id like to emphasise are extremely important i have. my health is rapidly declining by the day and i cant even seem to contact them. no answer to calls, and when i do get through on the rare occasion i'm told they cant deal with my request as they aren't open?? but they have literally answered my call. no reply to the emails i have sent. or even any type of automated response on any platform. i dont ever complain about these things, but this isnt a fun amazon package im waiting on, its my life saving medication. Obviously i am going to change back to my local pharmacy, but before i can do that i need to cancel the distribution which i cant do as i cant contact anyone! i am frustrated at this, but above anything worried about what to do next. this is even affecting my job as im starting to feel so unwell i cant go in. i probably have a case to sue the company at this rate. and maybe ill do just that, as this could have been prevented so easily. i just want someone to call me back, and actually seem to understand the extent of the situation. i have had absolute no communication from them, even amazon lets me know if my order has been delayed or its whereabouts! and judging by the reviews on here, im not the only one. although on the official Ipill page, i see only positive reviews which have obviously been cherry picked, or maybe not even real! so its easy to be misled by the website, but hopefully someone will see this review and think twice before committing.

Wouldn’t answer phone on multiple occasions, or emails. Have withdrawal symptoms as current prescription ran out. GP had to re prescribe and still not heard from them
