Phone Screen Change
After changing my phone main screen, the dual sim slot stop working. They tried and did all the possible interventions to solve the problem.
Despite the uncomfortable situation given by having a problem in something that was not broken before I left my phone the first time, they continue working until the issue was completely solved.
I really appreciated that.

Really unfriendly Personal. Just wanted to repair my Camera because it didn‘t focused anymore. First of all they told me that when they need to exchange the camera they also need to refresh the Frontglass. In total I paid 189 Euro for the Glass and 99 Euro for the Camera. After repairing the Camera the focus was still not good. So I came back and they were really annoyed about it. I received a Total of 99 Euros back. Neither the operators nor the woman at the desk have spoken a word to me or said goodbye although it was certainly not my fault.
