Impossible to use their app due to Google or Apple library dependencies.
I have a new smartphone (Android) and after contacting them I discovered that they don't have a roadmap to prepare a version without any American dependency due to their initial choice to use Google code/libraries. And they have the audacity to say they’re doing it for safety reasons. That it’s a security improvement. So.... Being tied to an American corporation that could cut the service off at a moment’s notice? Or having no control on what Google's will be next movement?
FYI, I tried France Identite, Personalausweis eID and Austria ID and they all work without Google Play services (and I can login in public sites perfectly). Why its me is not doing the effort to copy other countries and take the right path to improve an app and not to rely on American companies?

Having changed phone, the app refuses to activate on the new phone . contacted the help desk who after several days they asked me to send a screenshot, which is NOT ALLOWED by the app itself...

Always have error to connect, how can I do important document / payment? The worst thing is, all the important documents I need to do such as tax need that stupid app to login, but I can't even login.
