Very good website, easy to find what you want & order.
My order was despatched quickly & arrived within a day or so the item was very well packaged.
The item itself was fabulous & just what I wanted & the fragrance smells fantastic.

The perfumes are at a great price and they are the genuine "smell you likes". I would also like to mention Cara who was very helpful and understanding when my package went missing. She was fast to respond and helped me get my items resent. Very happy.

Ordered some Milton Lloyd perfumes, I was not really expecting delivery before Christmas but they have just arrived! They all smell amazing - especially Summertime! Not sure how well they will last yet but so far I will be definitely back for more! I had an address issue when the order was first placed but the person I spoke to was very helpful and got it resolved pretty much straight away. Thankyou!

Quick delivery excellent service

Item delivered to an unsafe place and went missing. Terrible customer service saying I automatically agree to it being left in a safe place and the customer service representative sent very condescending emails basically taking the Mickey out of me. Appalling behaviour. I definitely will not be buying from them again.

Placed an order goods were never received, the link provided for delivery still says it’s in transit. I contacted JCS who refused to do anything. My advice do not purchase anything from the store!!

Having used other dupe sites & got good results I was excited to try this one, but sadly really disappointed at what I received. The shipping was pricey, but delivery time was fine. 70% of the products smell nothing like what the site tells you they are dupes for. Most of them not only didn't smell similar, but infact smelt unwearable as a nice scent in general. The returns process is terrible, you are expected to pay expensive return shipping for unopened boxes. I had stopped opening the products after the first few were awful with a view to cut my losses and return them all. But then I seen the return process and money wise, it's not worth returning them once they deduct return postage anyway. With no exageration some of these smelt actually offensive. They were automatically not eligable for return though because I had to take the plastic off to spray them once just to be met with the stench (Avoid Night flower, a Tom Ford black Orchid Dupe at all costs, it's actually foul. No sane person would willingly wear that, I have a headache from trying it.) Paid £62 for perfumes & £12.50 postage, so £75 in total for maybe 3 bottles that could be stomached to be worn (Paris Hilton & Arianna Dupes are good bottle dupes and ok scents). I have bought nicer in the local pound shop tbh. Will be sticking to my trusty La Rive perfume dupes in future, this was defo a gamble and a loss this time. I get the site is selling dupes and scents are ''subjective'', but some quality control needs to be done their end before agreeing to stock and sell these on. It is the site advertising them in their listings as smelling like certain perfumes, when in reality they don't. It's misleading and disappointing. Especially since opened products cannot be returned and you can't find out just how bad some of these are without infact opening them... it's catch 22
