Appalling service. Waiting since 4th July when eyes were tested and ordered glasses. No update on delivery. And no response to the daily emails I send. And of course absolutely no phone number to contact you? I will make a reclaim on my credit card if you do not respond and will not be recommending you to angel e

The glasses are nice so long as you don’t end up needing to return them.
Mine looked different to how they did in the shop so I asked to return. They provided a shipping label that doesn’t include any tracking details, so there’s no way for you to check if it arrived with them or not. I posted my glasses back with my details and order number included and never received a refund because they now say they need proof of postage, which I’ve since lost.
Extremely poor service and I am now out of pocket and don’t even have the glasses. I would not recommend shipping with them online.
