Should have known better...

Should have known better! Just a little research shows how poor Judy Susan and its clothes are. I ordered a scarf for my wife, which looked great in the photos on the website, but when it arrived (eventually) it was such poor quality I could barely bring myself to give it to her. At least we got a laugh out of how bad it was compared to the images - if I'd ordered anything more expensive I would be very unhappy.

Scam!

Scam!! Clothes arrived in bad condition and despite me paying to send them back to China I recover the package back 6 months later, only offering at 40% refund - saying “let’s getvthis sorted soon”!! Do not order form these people!!!

Total scam

Total scam. Clothes are very bad quality. Sent them back ages ago but still after many emails haven't received refund. They claim they haven't received my return that was sent end of last year. Customer service is dreadful. They also wanted to give me discount to keep the clothes but didn't want those anywhere near my house. And it cost lot of money to return them. So clearly they didn't have any intention refund them. Worst online experience. Do yourself a favour and never order from them.

Scam company

Do not go anywhere near this company! They will just smile and take your money. My husband ordered me over £100 of new clothes, and 3 items arrived about 6months later. We'd forgotten all about them. The "knitted" striped jumper, was a printed cheap fleece top, the "warm winter" dress was the same. And the actual knitted jumper's arms were so skinny, I could barely get my wrists in! I think the models are probably wearing the only genuine items. It's been 6months and we've had no more deliveries and no communication from them. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. I ordered £75 worth of clothing with my Christmas money. Half of it arrived EVENTUALLY (took about 2 months) and I received en email saying the other items would follow. They never did and I never received any replies to the many emails I sent. It’s now too late to claim through PayPal so I’m about £35 out of pocket. The quality of the items they did send is pretty rubbish too. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Some of the items didn't fit. My return package has arrived in China over 2 months ago and is now at customs. Judysusan refuse to speak to customs to get the package and refuse to refund the money. I had to pay for return shipping, and now it looks like that money and the money I paid for the cloths are completely lost. Judysusan keep on sending me the same standard response, and do not answer my actual question about the customs. I expect the customs contacted them and there might be a fee due to be paid by the recipient, but I have no way of knowing this. They should have control of the shipping procedure once the items are received in China, Royal Mail confirmed the item was delivered to China.

Awful
Clothes nothing like on the the website. The fit is terrible too, disproportionate arm length etc. You have to pay to return the items and now they claim they haven't received so won't refund. Avoid!

Avoid

Avoid. Items arrived individually over a period of 5 months and when they did arrive they were of very poor fabric. Nothing like the items advertised. Returning items is expensive and claiming a refund even more painful. Strongly advise customers to go elsewhere.

Avoid!

If I could give this company a minus I would! Terrible! My order came in dribs and drabs over 4 months. I sent two items back at a cost of £10.06 at the end of April and have had no refund. Avoid!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I placed an order in January for boots £45 plus £8 postage. I tracked the order and was told that it could not be delivered as the address was not recognised. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund and was told that when the package arrived back with them they would issue a refund within a week. I have been constantly contacting them and they ask me to be patient.I think I have been very patient. it is now the end of May and they are now not answereing my e mails. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Please avoid using Judy Susan / Fashionweb International

Please avoid using this company, the clothes were of a poor quality and fit. It has been a complete nightmare trying to get a refund. An item was missing from original parcel and it took many emails to resolve this. When I tried to return the other items they try to persuade to keep them. There are no return details on the website. You need to email several times before they give you these details. This is intentionally misleading. I then had to return the parcel to China. This cost me over £11 to return. I returned this at the beginning of February and they say they haven't received my parcel therefore no refund. Please avoid the stress and disappointment of using this company.

NEVER USE AGAIN

NEVER USE AGAIN - POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE
Ordered 3 items, the first 2 items came within a month and was terrible quality. I immediately contacted them to ask for a refund for what hadn’t arrived. They were prompt With the refund and sent through labels to send the other items back.
Still haven’t received a refund for other items despite sending through proof of postage.
Very disappointed with customer service would not ever use again.

Slow but fair

I ordered 2 items in February and only one turned up at the time. The top was well made and I am very happy with it. When the other item had not turned up after nearly 3 months, I queried it and received a very polite email telling me the item was out of stock so I would receive an refund. This was done on time and in full. Apart from the time scale I think they provided good customer service.

Do not bother

Do not bother! I ordered 2 dresses on Feb 2nd
Still haven't arrived.
They are offering to refund me for one
But I want the full price back as I spent just over £47!
Terrible service.

Shocking

Shocking! Do not order from this company. I waited nearly 3 months for a shirt. Poor fit, poor quality and not anything like the colour advertised. They responded to my first email but not to the following 6 and when I asked for a refund they had the cheek to tell me I had to respond within 7 days or I couldn’t have one. They gave me an address in China to return it to (would cost a fortune) or they offered a 15% discount and said I could use those ‘funds’ to alter my garment!! Unbelievable!
